今天，西安市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)局公布了《2026年1月份二手房網(wǎng)簽情況》。
數(shù)據(jù)顯示：1月份，全市存量房（二手房）網(wǎng)簽備案面積98.6萬平方米；其中，住宅網(wǎng)簽備案8643套，面積90.09萬平方米。
和2025年12月份8364套的住宅網(wǎng)簽量相比，環(huán)比上漲3.33%;和2025年1月（春節(jié)假期）同期6048套相比，漲幅為42.91%。
2026年1月的住宅網(wǎng)簽量，也是自2023年至今1月份住宅網(wǎng)簽量最大的一個月。
