十四屆全國(guó)人大四次會(huì)議審查批準(zhǔn)的“十五五”規(guī)劃綱要提出，高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高質(zhì)量推進(jìn)雄安新區(qū)建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化城市，完善管理體制。2026年3月23日，習(xí)近平在雄安新區(qū)高質(zhì)量建設(shè)和發(fā)展座談會(huì)上強(qiáng)調(diào)，要牢牢把握雄安新區(qū)作為北京非首都功能疏解集中承載地的首要功能定位，保持戰(zhàn)略定力和歷史耐心，進(jìn)一步解放思想、開(kāi)拓思路、加強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào)、凝聚合力，以改革創(chuàng)新為引領(lǐng)增強(qiáng)內(nèi)生發(fā)展動(dòng)力，以要素資源合理集聚為重點(diǎn)激發(fā)新區(qū)活力，努力建設(shè)新時(shí)代創(chuàng)新高地和推動(dòng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展樣板。
