近日，中共中央辦公廳印發(fā)通知，在全黨開展樹立和踐行正確政績觀學(xué)習(xí)教育（以下簡稱學(xué)習(xí)教育）。學(xué)習(xí)教育以縣處級以上領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部特別是“一把手”為重點(diǎn)，于2026年春節(jié)假期后啟動、7月底基本結(jié)束。

The General Office of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee has issued a circular to launch a Party-wide campaign to guide CPC members, especially officials, in establishing and practicing a correct understanding of what it means to perform well. The campaign, running from late February to July, will focus on leadership teams and leading officials of the CPC at the county and director level and above, with particular emphasis on chief officials, according to the circular.

2026年2月，中共中央辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于在全黨開展樹立和踐行正確政績觀學(xué)習(xí)教育的通知》（以下簡稱《通知》）。

《通知》明確，要堅(jiān)持以習(xí)近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為指導(dǎo)，深入貫徹黨的二十大和二十屆歷次全會精神，認(rèn)真落實(shí)四中全會部署，全面貫徹習(xí)近平總書記關(guān)于樹立和踐行正確政績觀的重要論述，持之以恒推進(jìn)全面從嚴(yán)治黨，以立黨為公、為民造福、科學(xué)決策、真抓實(shí)干為總要求，以一體推進(jìn)學(xué)查改為抓手，教育引導(dǎo)各級黨組織和黨員、干部堅(jiān)持實(shí)事求是、求真務(wù)實(shí)，為人民出政績、以實(shí)干出政績，有效防范和糾治政績觀偏差，堅(jiān)決有力貫徹落實(shí)黨中央重大決策部署，完整準(zhǔn)確全面貫徹新發(fā)展理念，加快構(gòu)建新發(fā)展格局，著力推動高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，創(chuàng)造經(jīng)得起實(shí)踐、人民、歷史檢驗(yàn)的實(shí)績，推動“十五五”開好局、起好步，為以中國式現(xiàn)代化全面推進(jìn)強(qiáng)國建設(shè)、民族復(fù)興偉業(yè)提供有力保障。

【重要講話】

各級干部特別是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，鉆研黨的創(chuàng)新理論，提高專業(yè)素養(yǎng)，增強(qiáng)實(shí)干本領(lǐng)。要樹立和踐行正確政績觀，堅(jiān)持從實(shí)際出發(fā)、按規(guī)律辦事，自覺為人民出政績、以實(shí)干出政績。

Officials at all levels, especially leading ones, must engage in more learning, study the Party's new theories, raise their level of expertise, and sharpen their skills in doing specific work. It is essential to have a correct understanding of what it means to perform well and act in accordance with it, and, in line with the way things should be done, take the initiative to deliver results for the people through hard work in a down-to-earth manner.
