“媽媽，我的漢服到了沒？”在6歲女兒的催促下，馬蘭又一次查看物流進(jìn)度。她知道女兒對(duì)漢服的期待，不僅是對(duì)漂亮衣服的期盼，更是對(duì)中華文化發(fā)自內(nèi)心的認(rèn)同與喜愛。

"Mom, has my Hanfu arrived yet?" Urged by her six-year-old daughter, Aigerim checked the logistics once again. She knew that her daughter's anticipation for Hanfu was not merely for the beautiful clothes, but also a heartfelt affection and recognition for Chinese culture.

這是一個(gè)跨國家庭，來自哈薩克斯坦的馬蘭（Danabekova Aigerim）和印度籍丈夫雙雙在西安完成學(xué)業(yè)、入職工作。從留學(xué)生到外籍教師，從一個(gè)人到一家人，馬蘭由衷地感謝腳下這片土地！

This is a cross-national family. Danabekova Aigerim from Kazakhstan and her Indian husband both completed their studies and found jobs in Xi'an. From an international student to a foreign teacher, and from one person to one family, Aigerim is profoundly grateful for this land beneath her feet.

自律成就學(xué)業(yè)

Self-discipline Leads to Academic Success

今年35歲的馬蘭本科就讀于哈薩克斯坦歐亞國立大學(xué)國際關(guān)系專業(yè)。大三時(shí)要選專業(yè)，她憑直覺選擇了中國�！爸袊俏覀兊泥弴�，歷史悠久，而我喜歡歷史�！瘪R蘭說。

Aigerim, now 35 years old, studied international relations at the Eurasian National University in Kazakhstan for her undergraduate degree. In her junior year, when it was time to pick a specialization, she chose China intuitively. "China is our neighbor with profound history, and I love history," Aigerim said.

要了解中國，掌握中文首當(dāng)其沖。馬蘭專門在學(xué)校孔子學(xué)院的語言培訓(xùn)班報(bào)了名，每周在課程之外再多上三次中文課。

To understand China, mastering Chinese is the first step. Aigerim signed up for language training courses at the Confucius Institute, taking extra three Chinese classes each week besides her regular curriculum.

認(rèn)真努力的性格，加上優(yōu)秀的語言天賦，馬蘭把同學(xué)眼里難度很大的中文，學(xué)得游刃有余，第二年便通過了中國漢語水平考試，還拿到了孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。

Her diligent and hardworking nature, combined with her excellent language talent, enabled her to master Chinese, which her classmates found challenging, with ease. She passed the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) the next year and received the Confucius Institute's scholarship.

2013年，馬蘭如愿留學(xué)西安，先后在西安外國語大學(xué)、陜西師范大學(xué)完成碩士、博士學(xué)業(yè)，并在2023年7月通過層層篩選，成為陜師大外籍教師，教授俄羅斯文學(xué)、語言學(xué)、筆譯等課程。

In 2013, Aigerim fulfilled her wish to study in Xi'an and completed her master's and doctoral degrees at Xi'an International Studies University and Shaanxi Normal University, respectively. After rigorous selection in July 2023, she became a foreign teacher at Shaanxi Normal University, teaching several classes, including Russian Literature, Linguistics, and Translation.

馬蘭將自己學(xué)業(yè)上的成功，歸因于“自律”�！拔姨貏e能‘靜’住，愛看書，享受學(xué)習(xí)帶來的成就感�！�

Aigerim attributed her academic success to "self-discipline." "I can be exceptionally focused. I enjoy reading and love the sense of achievement that comes from learning," she said.

學(xué)生時(shí)代，她堅(jiān)持每天清晨5點(diǎn)起床晨讀看書，外院附近的舊書攤是她常去的淘書地兒；讀博時(shí)，導(dǎo)師建議她寫日記提高漢語水平，她一直堅(jiān)持到現(xiàn)在，從最初為湊字?jǐn)?shù)發(fā)愁，到現(xiàn)在享受記錄生活的樂趣，對(duì)中文運(yùn)用越來越自如了。

During her student years, she maintained a daily routine of getting up at 5 a.m. for morning readings. The secondhand bookstalls near the University were her regular spot for literary treasures. During the pursuit of her doctorate, her supervisor suggested she keep diaries to improve her Chinese. From struggling to fill the pages at the beginning to now, a joyful habit of recording her daily life, this practice she stuck to till today, increasingly benefited her Chinese proficiency.

Finding Her Calling in Cultural Heritage Protection Work

“古老又現(xiàn)代�！笔嗄昵�，馬蘭初到西安，就被這座城獨(dú)特的氣質(zhì)吸引�！拔靼灿刑嗦劽谶兊臍v史故事、文物古跡，令人向往�！彼f。

"Ancient yet modern." When Aigerim first arrived in Xi'an over a decade ago, she was immediately attracted by the city's unique charm. "Xi'an is filled with world-renowned historical stories and cultural relics that are truly fascinating," she recalled.

2014年10月，正讀研的馬蘭在朋友介紹下，得到在國際古跡遺址理事會(huì)西安國際保護(hù)中心做志愿者的機(jī)會(huì)。

In October 2014, while pursuing her master's degree, through a friend's introduction, Aigerim got the opportunity to volunteer at the International Conservation Center in Xi'an (IICC-X) at the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS).

當(dāng)時(shí)，由中國、哈薩克斯坦和吉爾吉斯斯坦三國聯(lián)合申報(bào)的世界文化遺產(chǎn)“絲綢之路：長安—天山廊道的路網(wǎng)”項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)成功申遺，國際交流工作頻繁。馬蘭的首次任務(wù)是為一位來西安考察訪問的塔吉克斯坦考古專家做俄語翻譯。

At that time, the joint World Heritage nomination by China, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan—"Silk Road: The Routes Network of Chang'an-Tianshan Corridor," a joint application—had been successfully inscribed, leading to frequent international exchanges. Aigerim's first task was to serve as a Russian interpreter for an archaeologist from Tajikistan visiting Xi'an.

這種翻譯涉及歷史、考古、文物、壁畫等專業(yè)術(shù)語，有一定難度。馬蘭及時(shí)補(bǔ)充學(xué)習(xí)了遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)、文物修復(fù)、西安世界文化遺產(chǎn)點(diǎn)等內(nèi)容，出色完成了任務(wù)。

This kind of translation involved professional terms related to history, archaeology, cultural relics, and murals, presenting c considerable difficulty. Aigerim promptly supplemented her knowledge on heritage protection, cultural relic restoration, and Xi'an's World Heritage sites, successfully completing the task.

馬蘭參加“綿亙?nèi)f里——世界遺產(chǎn)絲綢之路”文物展

2017年，馬蘭正式成為該中心工作人員。這年11月底，為慶祝香港回歸祖國二十周年，一場(chǎng)由多地合作籌辦的“綿亙?nèi)f里——世界遺產(chǎn)絲綢之路”文物展在香港舉辦。作為絲綢之路中哈吉三國申遺協(xié)調(diào)委員會(huì)秘書處，國際古跡遺址理事會(huì)西安國際保護(hù)中心參與了其中多項(xiàng)工作。

In 2017, Aigerim officially joined the Center as a staff member. In late November, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to China, a multi-regional collaborative cultural relics exhibition, "Miles upon Miles: World Heritage along the Silk Road" was held in Hong Kong. As the secretariat of the Silk Road China-Kazakhstan-Kyrgyzstan Joint Nomination Coordination Committee, the IICC-X participated in many of the jobs.

備展期間，身為保護(hù)中心秘書處副主任的馬蘭和同事奔赴哈薩克斯坦阿斯塔納、阿拉木圖和吉爾吉斯斯坦比什凱克等地，與當(dāng)?shù)匚牟﹩挝宦?lián)絡(luò)協(xié)調(diào)，遴選參展文物。

During the preparation, as the deputy director of the Secretariat, Aigerim traveled with her colleagues to Astana and Almaty in Kazakhstan, and Bishkek in Kyrgyzstan to coordinate with local cultural heritage institutions and select the cultural relics for exhibition.

展覽開幕時(shí)，當(dāng)看到來自中哈吉三國的精美文物齊齊亮相，再現(xiàn)絲路沿線民族交流、文明互鑒的壯闊歷史，馬蘭深深感到民心相通的力量。

When the exhibition opened, seeing the exquisite cultural relics from China, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan displayed together—recreating the grand history of cultural exchanges along the Silk Road—Aigerim deeply felt the power of people-to-people connections.

Her Daughter's Favorite: "Chinese red"

保護(hù)中心的辦公地點(diǎn)在西安小雁塔景區(qū)，馬蘭非常喜歡那里的古樸幽靜，“西安的很多古跡就這樣在保護(hù)中自然而然地融入到人們的生活�！�

The office of the Center is located in the Xi'an Small Wild Goose Pagoda scenic spot, where Aigerim enjoys the rustic tranquility. "Many of Xi'an's historical sites have naturally become parts of our daily lives during the protection," she said.

馬蘭和丈夫

2019年，馬蘭與印度籍丈夫在西安成家，現(xiàn)在女兒已上幼兒園，說著中文，交著中國小伙伴，連最喜歡的顏色也是鮮艷的“中國紅”。馬蘭的媽媽時(shí)常從家鄉(xiāng)來西安幫助帶孩子，現(xiàn)在兩地都有直飛航班，再也不用像她留學(xué)時(shí)要在烏魯木齊停留轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)了。

In 2019, Aigerim and her Indian husband settled down in Xi'an. Now their daughter is in kindergarten, speaking Chinese and making Chinese friends. Even her favorite color is the bright "Chinese red". Aigerim's mother often comes to Xi'an from hometown to help out. With the direct flights now connecting the two places, she no longer has to stop over in Urumqi as she did when studying abroad.

前段時(shí)間，幼兒園老師邀請(qǐng)馬蘭在“家長課堂”給班里孩子講一節(jié)課，馬蘭欣然允諾，又是做PPT，又是和媽媽一起炸制“包兒薩克”——一種哈薩克斯坦的油炸面食小吃。

Not long ago, the kindergarten teacher invited Aigerim to give a "Parent Class". Aigerim readily agreed. She made a PowerPoint presentation and, together with her mother, fried "baursak"—a traditional Kazakhstan fried dough snack.

“家長課堂”那天，馬蘭特意給女兒穿上哈薩克斯坦的民族服飾——白色連衣裙搭配淡紫色繡花小坎肩，再戴一頂紫色小氈帽，嬌俏可愛；PPT里，哈薩克斯坦國旗、風(fēng)景、駿馬一一在列，展示著家鄉(xiāng)的風(fēng)物習(xí)俗；“包兒薩克”油香四溢，帶給孩子們異國的風(fēng)味……一場(chǎng)文化交流活動(dòng)就這樣生動(dòng)又親切地開始了。

On the day of the "Parent Class", Aigerim dressed her daughter in traditional Kazakh cloth—a white dress, a light purple embroidered vest, and a purple felt hat, making her daughter look charmingly adorable. The slides displayed the Kazakh flag, landscapes, and horses, showcasing the customs and traditions of her hometown. The baursak was fragrant and brought the children a taste of foreign flavors... A cultural exchange began vividly and affectionately.

這些年，隨著共建“一帶一路”的深入推進(jìn)，馬蘭格外留意中哈日益緊密的連接。從馳騁不息的中歐班列，到對(duì)中亞五國通航全覆蓋；從哈薩克斯坦駐西安總領(lǐng)事館開館，到哈薩克斯坦西安碼頭投用；從愛菊的哈薩克斯坦園區(qū)，到西北工業(yè)大學(xué)的哈薩克斯坦分校，西安成為兩國交流的實(shí)踐典范，馬蘭覺得兩個(gè)家鄉(xiāng)似乎相距咫尺。

Over the years, with the in-depth development of the Belt and Road Initiative, Aigerim observed the growing connections between China and Kazakhstan. From the non-stop China Railway Express to the full coverage of air routes to the five Central Asian countries; from the opening of the Consulate General of Kazakhstan in Xi'an to the operation of the Kazakhstan Xi'an Port; from the Aiju Kazakhstan Industrial Park to the Northwestern Polytechnical University Kazakhstan Branch, Xi'an has become a practical model for bilateral exchanges, making Aigerim feels that her two hometowns are right next door.

“中國的影響力在不斷增強(qiáng)。在我的家鄉(xiāng)，來自中國的食品用品遍布人們生活的方方面面，而且成為好質(zhì)量的代名詞�！瘪R蘭說，她的媽媽每次回哈薩克斯坦，箱子里都會(huì)塞滿給親友帶的禮物，“中國造”非常受歡迎！

"China's influence is constantly growing. In my hometown, Chinese food and products fill every aspect of people's lives and have become a symbol of good quality," Aigerim said. Every time her mother returns to Kazakhstan, her suitcase is packed with "Made in China" gifts for relatives and friends, which are very popular!
