中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平3月5日下午在參加他所在的十四屆全國人大四次會議江蘇代表團審議時強調(diào)，完成“十五五”經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展目標(biāo)任務(wù)，需要應(yīng)對更加復(fù)雜的環(huán)境、解決更多深層次矛盾。江蘇等經(jīng)濟大省處在改革開放前沿，要在研究新情況、解決新問題上下功夫、出經(jīng)驗。

這是2023年以來，習(xí)近平連續(xù)四年參加江蘇代表團審議，對江蘇提出明確要求。2023年他強調(diào)，“新征程上，江蘇要勇挑大梁、走在前列”。2024年他指出，江蘇要“更好發(fā)揮經(jīng)濟大省對區(qū)域乃至全國發(fā)展的輻射帶動力”。2025年他指出，圓滿實現(xiàn)“十四五”發(fā)展目標(biāo)，經(jīng)濟大省要挑大梁。
