You are participating in the construction of an AI-driven filmmaking system.

我們正在用生成式工具，重構(gòu)從劇本→ 分鏡→ 影像→ 后期→ 成片的完整鏈路。

We are rebuilding the entire pipeline — from script → storyboard → image → post-production → final cut — using generative tools.

崗位職責(zé)｜Responsibilities

1｜影像預(yù)演（Storyboarding as Direction）

將劇本拆解為具備情緒張力與節(jié)奏控制的分鏡系統(tǒng)，不只是“畫鏡頭”，而是完成一輪導(dǎo)演級的影像預(yù)演。

Translate scripts into emotionally driven, rhythm-controlled storyboards — not just drawing shots, but executing director-level pre-visualization.

2｜AI影像生成（從“抽卡”到控制）

基于Midjourney / SD / Flux 等工具，構(gòu)建穩(wěn)定的人物與視覺體系，并通過Luma / Kling / Flow 等視頻模型完成動態(tài)表達(dá)。

你的目標(biāo)不是“出圖”，而是建立可控的視覺連續(xù)性。

Build consistent characters and visual systems using Midjourney / SD / Flux, and animate via Luma / Kling / Flow.

Your goal is not just generation, but achieving controllable visual continuity.

3｜后期重構(gòu)（Editing as Narrative Engineering）

完成剪輯、調(diào)色、聲音設(shè)計與口型同步，修復(fù)AI影像中的閃爍、穿幫與不真實感，將碎片素材重組為完整的視聽語言。

Handle editing, color grading, sound design, and lip-sync; fix AI artifacts and reconstruct fragmented materials into a coherent cinematic language.

4｜工作流進(jìn)化（Pipeline Builder）

持續(xù)跟進(jìn)全球AI工具（如ComfyUI 工作流）的更新，并將其轉(zhuǎn)化為可復(fù)用的生產(chǎn)流程，而不是零散技巧。

Continuously track global AI tools (e.g., ComfyUI workflows) and transform them into scalable, reusable production pipelines rather than isolated tricks.
