誠邀社會(huì)公眾參與方案評(píng)選

為提升上博東館空間環(huán)境水準(zhǔn)，打造上博東館文化藝術(shù)品牌，在“人民城市人民建，人民城市為人民”理念的指導(dǎo)下，上海博物館主辦的“2023上海博物館東館公共藝術(shù)全球征集大賽”目前進(jìn)入社會(huì)公眾評(píng)選階段，特別邀請(qǐng)公眾對(duì)專家組從600多份競賽方案中經(jīng)首輪評(píng)審選出的83件入圍作品進(jìn)行評(píng)選。

從2023年6月開始，上博東館公共藝術(shù)全球征集大賽面向全球邀請(qǐng)藝術(shù)家與藝術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)，以東館若干選定區(qū)域?yàn)閷?duì)象，創(chuàng)作一系列代表城市新文化、新理念、新創(chuàng)意的公共藝術(shù)作品，以展現(xiàn)公共藝術(shù)精神，賡續(xù)上海博物館文脈，塑造城市品格，彰顯全球智慧。

自啟動(dòng)以來，大賽得到了國內(nèi)外藝術(shù)家和藝術(shù)團(tuán)體的廣泛關(guān)注和積極參與。作為大賽的承辦方，上海市公共藝術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心（PACC）通過搭建網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)發(fā)布競賽信息、開展全國不同城市的巡回介紹、與國內(nèi)外藝術(shù)家進(jìn)行線上推介和組建評(píng)審專家組等工作，吸引了國內(nèi)外30多所專業(yè)藝術(shù)院校、30多家藝術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)和機(jī)構(gòu)、60余家專業(yè)規(guī)劃和建筑公司參與。至投稿截止日，共收到來自40多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)超過600份的作品方案。

由21位大賽學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)成員組成的評(píng)審專家組經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格、公平、公正的評(píng)審流程對(duì)所有競賽方案進(jìn)行了第一輪線上評(píng)審，通過系統(tǒng)匯總，在篩除未能符合大賽征集基本要求的作品后，按照由高到低的評(píng)分原則，評(píng)選出10個(gè)點(diǎn)位的83件作品成功晉級(jí)第二輪評(píng)審環(huán)節(jié)。這些作品展現(xiàn)了當(dāng)代公共藝術(shù)的創(chuàng)新精神與國際化視野，符合上海博物館對(duì)公共藝術(shù)品質(zhì)的卓越追求與開放包容的文化理念。

第二輪評(píng)選將繼續(xù)秉持專業(yè)和開放的評(píng)審原則，邀請(qǐng)廣大社會(huì)公眾、上海博物館全體員工和評(píng)審專家組共同參與。其中，社會(huì)公眾評(píng)選將以線上投票方式開展。公眾投票時(shí)間自公布之日起共30天（截止至2025年4月6日17時(shí)），歡迎廣大市民朋友和社會(huì)各界人士積極參與，共同為這些優(yōu)秀的公共藝術(shù)方案助力和點(diǎn)贊，也幫助您心儀的作品進(jìn)入到大賽第三輪評(píng)選階段：競賽小樣制作與展示。期待您的參與和支持來助力優(yōu)秀方案的產(chǎn)生，使契合上海城市精神與時(shí)代風(fēng)貌、能代表上海博物館公共形象與文化品位的公共藝術(shù)作品脫穎而出。讓我們共同建設(shè)人民的博物館，為更加美好的上海貢獻(xiàn)一份力量！

Invitation to the Public to Partizipate in the Selection of Proposals

for the Shanghai Museum East Global Public Art Competition

In order to improve the space environment of Shanghai Museum East and build its cultural and artistic brand, under the guidance of the concept of "people's city built by the people, people's city for the people", Shanghai Museum East Global Public Art Competition hosted by the Shanghai Museum is currently entering the public selection stage. All the public are sincerely invited to vote on the 83 shortlisted proposals selected by the expert group from more than 600 competition works after the first round evaluation.

From June 2023 the organizer has invited artists and artist groups from all over the world to create a series of public art proposals representing the new culture, new concept and new creativity of the city in selected areas of Shanghai Museum East. It is to showcase the spirit of public art, continue the cultural heritage of Shanghai Museum, shape urban character, and showcase global wisdom.

Since its launch, the competition has received extensive attention and active participation from artists and artist groups at home and abroad. As the organizer of the competition, Shanghai Public Art Cooperation Center (PACC) has released competition information through building a network platform, carried out tour introductions in different cities across the country, conducted online promotions with domestic and foreign artists, and formed an expert team. By this means, the competition has attracted more than 30 professional art colleges and universities, more than 30 art associations and organizations, and more than 60 planning and architectural companies at home and abroad. By the deadline for submission, more than 600 proposals were received from more than 40 countries and regions.

The judging panel consisting of 21 members of the competition's Academic Committee conducted the first round of online judging of all the competition proposals through a strict, fair and impartial judging process. Through the summary of the digital scoring system, after screening out the works that failed to meet the basic requirements of the competition's call for submissions and according to the principle of scoring in ascending order,83 proposals for the 10 locationswere selected to successfully advance to the second round of judging. These works demonstrate the innovative spirit and international vision of contemporary public art, and are in line with the Shanghai Museum's pursuit of excellence in the quality of public art and its open and inclusive cultural philosophy.

Thesecond roundof judging will continue to uphold the principles of professionalism and openness, and invite the general public, all staff of the Shanghai Museum and the judging panel to participate. Among them, for the public voting part, an online voting mode will be provided. It will be “An ID (one voter) can vote for three works for each location per day (all ten locations can be voted)". The public voting time will be open for 30 days starting from its announcement (Deadline: 17:00, April 6, 2025). We sincerely welcome public and people from all walks of life to actively participate in, and work together with us to support the excellent public art works, and also to select your favorite works to enter the third round of the competition: the production and presentation of prototypes.

本次公眾投票環(huán)節(jié)，共有83件候選作品，分布在10個(gè)對(duì)應(yīng)的征集點(diǎn)位上。公眾在欣賞的同時(shí)，可參與投票選出心目中的佳作。對(duì)應(yīng)每個(gè)點(diǎn)位，投票者（單一ID）每天最多可以選投三件作品。請(qǐng)為您喜愛的作品投上寶貴的一票吧！

In this public voting session, there are 83 candidate proposals distributed in the 10 corresponding locations. All the public are sincerely invited to participate in voting for your favorite works while enjoying them. Each voter (single ID) has 3 chances to vote for each location per day (all 10 locations can be voted).
