當(dāng)城市的嘈雜喧鬧沿著盤(pán)山公路漸行漸遠(yuǎn)，映入眼簾的是那大片紅頂土墻與廣袤無(wú)垠的梯田，剎那間便領(lǐng)悟了何為“重返童年故里”。坐落于浙江一處鮮為人知的隱秘角落，這座夯土建造的山間居所堪稱(chēng)2025年最為撫慰心靈的遁世桃源！此地民宿依傍著層疊起伏的梯田、潺潺流淌的溪水以及郁郁蔥蔥的竹林而建，恰似將田園牧歌式的悠然意境盡數(shù)凝練于此方天地之間。

村子在萬(wàn)畝梯田中依山而建，小小的村子，但卻有著十幾個(gè)姓氏。這里被賦予了得天獨(dú)厚的自然條件。參差錯(cuò)落的竹林包裹著成片成片的梯田，佇立在家門(mén)前，便是無(wú)限遼遠(yuǎn)的空間。

As the hustle and bustle of the city gradually receded along the winding mountain road, what came into view were the vast stretches of red-roofed earthen walls and the boundless terraced fields. In an instant, one understood what it meant to "return to the hometown of childhood". Nestled in a little-known and secluded corner of Zhejiang, this rammed earth mountain residence is undoubtedly the most soothing retreat for the soul in 2025! The guesthouse here is built along the undulating terraced fields, the babbling brook and the lush bamboo forest, as if condensing all the leisurely and idyllic scenes of the countryside into this land.

The village is built along the mountain in the midst of ten thousand mu of terraced fields. It is a small village, but it has more than ten surnames. This place is endowed with unique natural conditions. The staggered bamboo forests encircle the terraced fields in patches. Standing in front of the house lies an infinitely vast space.

一、浙江寧波 ·西坡江山

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

村子里“土里土氣”的夯土房，最老的有著百年的歷史，最年輕的也有著幾十年的歷史。而西坡的房子就坐落在這群山梯田之中，一條長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)的溪流自上而下流過(guò)每一個(gè)院子。

歷經(jīng)近百年的村宅經(jīng)改造后，其夯土老屋的主體結(jié)構(gòu)得以完好留存。那紅頂與土墻相映成趣，搭配著手工雕琢的瓦片，宛如一部無(wú)言史書(shū)，鐫刻著村莊歲月的痕跡。三棟院落依傍溪流錯(cuò)落分布，分別命名為“在溪邊”“在山間”“在田野”，巧妙融入自然懷抱之中。復(fù)古風(fēng)格的花磚泳池中，倒映著百年牌坊上精美的雕花紋樣；而那些跨越重洋而來(lái)的古董家具、村民留下的竹編籃筐以及質(zhì)樸的麻織地毯等物件，皆讓往昔時(shí)光于細(xì)微之處悄然流轉(zhuǎn)。

In the village, the "rustic" rammed earth houses have a history of over a hundred years, with the oldest being several decades old. The houses on the west slope are located among the terraced fields of the mountains, with a long stream flowing from top to bottom through each courtyard.

After nearly a hundred years of renovation, the main structure of the old rammed earth houses in the village has been well preserved. The red roof and the earthen walls complement each other beautifully, complemented by hand-carved tiles, resembling a wordless history book, engraved with the traces of the village's years. Three courtyards are scattered along the stream and named "By the Stream", "in the Mountains" and "in the Fields" respectively, ingeniously blending into the embrace of nature. In the retro-style flower-brick swimming pool, the exquisite carved patterns on the century-old archway are reflected. And the antique furniture that crossed the ocean, the bamboo baskets left by the villagers, and the simple linen carpets and other items all allow the past to pass by quietly in the details.

二、空間美學(xué)

民宿涵蓋三個(gè)別具特色的院落，分別名為“在溪邊”“在山間”與“在田野”，總計(jì)設(shè)有13間客房。其房型多樣，包括經(jīng)典型、精選型以及復(fù)式結(jié)構(gòu)，每間客房面積均自45㎡開(kāi)始。室內(nèi)陳設(shè)以原木色家具搭配黑陶花瓶，營(yíng)造出簡(jiǎn)約而治愈的氛圍。在進(jìn)行夯土房的改建工作時(shí)，為精準(zhǔn)還原老村子最初的風(fēng)貌，我們悉心留存了原有建筑里的全部木質(zhì)構(gòu)件、墻體及框架結(jié)構(gòu)。我們深入探訪了村中的各類(lèi)建筑群落，通過(guò)細(xì)致的測(cè)量、系統(tǒng)的收集與精心的整理，甄選出那些源自舊有建筑且最為觸動(dòng)人心的設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)節(jié)，并將其妥善保留，同時(shí)巧妙地加以運(yùn)用。

西坡江山絕非尋常民宿，實(shí)則代表著一種回歸本真的生活理念。其春季特色活動(dòng)為采摘艾草制作清明粿，并可將植物拓印作品帶回家以留存春日印記；秋季則洋溢著山野之趣，賓客可參與撿拾板栗、采摘柿子等農(nóng)事體驗(yàn)，更有梯田主題攝影競(jìng)賽精彩紛呈。景區(qū)內(nèi)設(shè)有凌駕于梯田之上的無(wú)邊泳池，供人在炎炎夏日縱身躍入清涼之中。夜幕降臨時(shí)，于稻田邊的躺椅上仰觀星象、靜聆蟲(chóng)吟，盡享大自然的靜謐之美。此外，開(kāi)闊的草坪區(qū)域還支持舉辦露天電影放映、星空下的篝火晚會(huì)以及小型婚禮儀式，全方位滿(mǎn)足浪漫情境的各種需求。

The homestay consists of three distinctive courtyards, named "By the Stream", "in the Mountains" and "in the Fields", with a total of 13 guest rooms. The room types are diverse, including classic, select and duplex structures. The area of each guest room starts from 45 square meters. The interior furnishings feature wooden furniture paired with black pottery vases, creating a simple yet soothing atmosphere. When carrying out the renovation work of the rammed earth houses, in order to accurately restore the original appearance of the old village, we carefully preserved all the wooden components, walls and frame structures in the original buildings. We delved deeply into various architectural complexes in the village. Through meticulous measurement, systematic collection and careful organization, we selected the most touching design details that originated from the old buildings, properly preserved them and ingeniously applied them.

Xipo Jiangshan is by no means an ordinary homestay; in fact, it represents a life philosophy that returns to the essence. Its spring special activity is to pick mugwort to make Qingming rice cakes, and you can take the plant rubbing works home to keep the spring memories. In autumn, the charm of the mountains and fields is everywhere. Guests can participate in agricultural experiences such as picking chestnuts and persimmons, and there is also a terraced field-themed photography competition, which is full of excitement. The scenic area features an infinity pool that rises above the terraced fields, allowing people to leap into the coolness in the scorching summer. When night falls, sitting on a lounge chair by the rice field, one can gaze at the stars and listen to the chirping of insects, fully enjoying the serene beauty of nature. In addition, the spacious lawn area also supports outdoor film screenings, bonfire parties under the starry sky, and small wedding ceremonies, fully meeting all the needs of romantic Settings.
