在寧波諾丁漢大學（簡稱“寧諾”）14日下午舉行的2025秋季招聘會上，尋求在外貿(mào)與跨境電商領域發(fā)展的王文佳是眾多滿懷期待的學子之一。

現(xiàn)場，來自500強企業(yè)、央企、事業(yè)單位及上市公司的百余家海內(nèi)外名企為寧諾學子提供了超3500個優(yōu)質崗位。在阿里巴巴不動產(chǎn)、迪卡儂、均勝電子、順豐、中信證券等熱門雇主展位前，等候咨詢與遞交簡歷的學生排起了長龍。他們踴躍參與，積極和企業(yè)代表深入交流。與此同時，線上專區(qū)為學生開辟了“云端通道”，幫助他們與更多優(yōu)質雇主高效對接。

對于前來“搶人”的雇主而言，寧諾學子所具備的國際化視野、跨文化溝通能力及扎實的專業(yè)能力是HR眼中的“黃金組合”，也是他們最獨特的競爭力。

這場規(guī)模盛大的招聘會，是寧諾精心籌備、橫跨數(shù)月的秋季就業(yè)升學系列活動的縮影。自今年9月起，寶潔、聯(lián)合利華、騰訊、中國銀行等知名雇主，以及哥倫比亞大學、劍橋大學、倫敦大學學院、新加坡南洋理工大學等世界名校，已相繼舉行了多場寧諾專場宣講會。

除此之外，GMAT/GRE模擬考、就業(yè)能力提升工坊、行業(yè)專家分享會、線下模擬面試訓練專場等形式多樣的活動悉數(shù)開展，全面賦能學生的就業(yè)和升學能力。

這些活動的背后，是寧諾構建的一套深度融合校內(nèi)外資源、覆蓋就業(yè)與升學生涯發(fā)展全周期的生態(tài)圈。

寧諾就業(yè)指導辦公室負責人仇琳介紹，學校從學生入學伊始便啟動全程化指導，協(xié)助他們設定不同階段的發(fā)展目標，同時為他們對接專屬資源與平臺。

近年來，學校就業(yè)辦通過開發(fā)AI工具、創(chuàng)建數(shù)字化平臺、打造專家咨詢團隊等舉措，為寧諾學子構建起一個響應迅速、覆蓋全程的生涯發(fā)展支持生態(tài)圈。

國際化、高質量的教學輔以全方位、精細化的服務支持，讓寧諾畢業(yè)生具備了卓越的全球競爭力，贏得了海內(nèi)外知名學府及用人單位的青睞。根據(jù)最新發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)，寧諾2023/24畢業(yè)生中有超九成的升學畢業(yè)生就讀于全球百強的院?；驅I(yè)，同時約九成的就業(yè)畢業(yè)生步入了世界500強及知名企業(yè)、事業(yè)單位、國家機關等，實現(xiàn)了高質量的升學就業(yè)“雙豐收”。

“I’ve spoken to a few target employers, and I’m happy to receive positive feedback from HR. We’ll discuss detail of the position in the upcoming interview. ”

Wenjia Wang, a student from the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC), shared her success in progressing to the next interview round at the University's Autumn Career Fair held on 14 November.

The event attracted over 100 leading enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies, state-owned enterprises, public institutions and listed firms, collectively offering more than 3,500 high-quality positions to UNNC students. Long queues formed at popular employer booths such as Alibaba Corp Real Estate, Decathlon, SF Express, Joyson Electronics and CITIC Securities, where students actively engaged with company representatives, sought advice, and submitted their CVs. A dedicated online section also enabled efficient connections with even more top employers.

In the competitive hunt for talent, HR professionals prize UNNC graduates for their unique blend of global vision, cross-cultural competence, and academic rigour—the qualities that make them stand out.

"What stands out is the comprehensive quality of UNNC students," noted Jing Wang, SF Group's recruitment specialist. "Their global perspective and proven ability to solve complex problems are a perfect match for our strategic goals and the competencies we seek."

This large-scale fair marked the culmination of months of preparation for UNNC's series of employment and further study events. Since September, the campus has hosted exclusive presentations from renowned employers such as P&G, Unilever, Tencent and the Bank of China, as well as world-leading universities including Columbia University, Cambridge University, University College London and Nanyang Technological University.

The programme also featured a variety of activities, such as GMAT/GRE mock exams, employability workshops, talks from industry experts and mock interview sessions, all designed to enhance students' competitiveness.

Underlying these initiatives is a comprehensive ecosystem established by UNNC, integrating internal and external resources to support students throughout their entire career development and further study journey.

"Our commitment is to build a holistic service system that covers employment, further study, training and consultancy. This system is meticulously tailored to the needs of each student," explained Lin Qiu, Head of the UNNC Careers and Employability Service Office. Students receive guidance from the moment they join UNNC, with specific developmental milestones set for each academic year and access to exclusive resources and professional networks.

In recent years, the Careers and Employability Service Office has taken various initiatives, including developing AI-powered tools, launching integrated digital platforms, building a team of experts, and much more. Together, these measures form a responsive and comprehensive career development support system.

UNNC's high-quality and international education, supported by extensive services, gives its graduates exceptional global competitiveness, making them highly sought after by leading universities and employers worldwide. According to the latest data, over 90% of those in the 2023/24 graduating cohort who pursued further study were admitted to the world's top 100 universities or programmes. Meanwhile, around 90% of graduates who entered employment joined Fortune Global 500 companies, renowned enterprises, public institutions or government bodies, achieving notable success.
