2025年12月11日，以“文明互鑒，民心相通，共建人類命運共同體”為主題的2025全球外交官中國文化之夜盛典在北京中國大飯店圓滿落幕，全球170個國家駐華大使及外交官齊聚一堂，共襄中外文化交流盛舉。北京非遺傳承文化傳播工作委員會主席劉爽女士受邀以重要貴賓身份出席，更斬獲“世界非遺國際傳播大使”榮譽稱號，這份殊榮既是對其深耕非遺國際傳播事業(yè)的權(quán)威認(rèn)可，更是中國非遺全球影響力的有力彰顯。

Holding the Brush of Inheritance, Building Bridges of Civilization – Liu Shuang Honored as "World Intangible Heritage International Communication Ambassador", Linking Diplomats from 170 Countries to Promote Cultural Mutual Learning

On December 11, 2025, the 2025 Global Diplomats' Chinese Cultural Night Gala, themed "Cultural Mutual Learning, People-to-People Bonding, and Jointly Building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind", concluded successfully at the China World Hotel in Beijing. Diplomats and ambassadors to China from 170 countries around the world gathered together to celebrate this grand event of cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.

Ms. Liu Shuang, Chairman of the Beijing Intangible Heritage Inheritance and Cultural Communication Working Committee, was invited to attend the gala as a distinguished guest and was awarded the honorary title of "World Intangible Heritage International Communication Ambassador". This honor is not only an authoritative recognition of her dedication to the international communication of intangible cultural heritage (ICH), but also a powerful manifestation of the global influence of Chinese ICH.
