3月8日，十四屆全國(guó)人大四次會(huì)議新聞中心舉行記者會(huì)，邀請(qǐng)中共中央政治局委員、外交部長(zhǎng)王毅就“中國(guó)外交政策和對(duì)外關(guān)系”相關(guān)問(wèn)題回答中外記者提問(wèn)。

王毅說(shuō)，中美都是大國(guó)，都改變不了彼此，但可以改變相處方式，那就是秉持相互尊重的態(tài)度，守住和平共處的底線，爭(zhēng)取合作共贏的前景，這才符合兩國(guó)人民的利益，也符合國(guó)際社會(huì)的期待。

Wang said that neither China nor the United States can remodel the other, but we can choose how we want to engage. China and the United States should commit to a spirit of mutual respect, hold the bottom line of peaceful coexistence, and strive for the prospect of win-win cooperation.

王毅說(shuō)，兩國(guó)元首身體力行，在最高層次上保持了良好交往，為中美關(guān)系的改善發(fā)展提供了重要戰(zhàn)略保障，也推動(dòng)中美關(guān)系經(jīng)歷跌宕起伏實(shí)現(xiàn)了總體穩(wěn)定。

The presidents of the two countries have provided important strategic safeguard for the China-US relationship to improve and move forward, and they have brought the relationship back on an even keel after the ups and downs, Wang said.

今年是中美關(guān)系的“大年”，高層交往的議程已經(jīng)擺在我們的桌面上。現(xiàn)在需要做的是，雙方為此做出周密的準(zhǔn)備，營(yíng)造適宜的環(huán)境，管控存在的分歧，排除不必要的干擾。
