有記者提問，日本政府發(fā)布了《外交藍皮書》，與去年相比，對中國的描述從“最重要的雙邊關(guān)系之一”降級為“一個重要鄰國”，中方對此如何評論？

毛寧表示，中日關(guān)系當(dāng)前局面的根源在于日本首相高市早苗發(fā)表涉臺謬論，背信棄義，損害中日關(guān)系的政治基礎(chǔ)，挑戰(zhàn)戰(zhàn)后國際秩序。日方應(yīng)當(dāng)恪守中日四個政治文件和自身所作承諾，反思糾錯，以實際行動維護中日關(guān)系的政治基礎(chǔ)。

The root cause of the current state of China-Japanese relations lies in Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi's fallacious remarks on Taiwan question, which constitute a breach of faith, undermine the political foundation of bilateral relations, and challenge the post-war international order, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning said on Friday in response to Japan's downgrading its description of ties with China from "one of the most important bilateral relationship" in the 2025 edition to simply "an important neighboring country" in the 2026 Diplomatic Bluebook.

Japan should abide by the four political documents between China and Japan and its own commitments, reflect on and correct its mistakes, and take concrete actions to uphold the political foundation of China-Japan relations, Mao said.
