在市井街頭奔波這些年，我總盼著有人搭把手，遇事習(xí)慣先找依靠，歷經(jīng)委屈與迷茫后，終于明白唯有自己扛住風(fēng)雨，才能活得踏實安穩(wěn)。

（天行健，君子以自強(qiáng)不息），行路人生路，風(fēng)雨皆需自渡。月色星光伴孤途，年少盼依托，終悟獨立貴?？鄷r咬牙前行，方知自已是最強(qiáng)擺渡人。

很多人都有過這樣的想法，遇到難處第一反應(yīng)是找人幫忙，總覺得有人兜底就不用慌?？缮罾锏氖?，大多只能自己扛。就像菜市場里的張阿姨，老伴身體不好，家里開銷全靠她擺攤，起初遇到刁難的顧客總想哭著找人訴苦，后來慢慢學(xué)會笑著講道理、算清楚賬，靠自己守住了小攤位，日子也漸漸順了。

別總把希望放在別人身上，人心易變，旁人能幫一時，幫不了一世。早晚高峰的公交站，常見年輕人等朋友捎帶，偶爾一次還好，次次依賴總會掉鏈子。有個姑娘總等同事帶早餐，好幾次被放餓著肚子上班，后來自己提前十分鐘出門買飯，不用再看人臉色，每天都能從容趕路。

遇到難事別先想著逃避，先沉下心捋順?biāo)悸?，把大事拆成小事一步步做。哪怕只是整理家?wù)、核對賬單，從小事做起，慢慢就有了應(yīng)對難題的底氣，不會一遇事就手忙腳亂。

難過時別到處傾訴，學(xué)會自己消化情緒，找些喜歡的事轉(zhuǎn)移注意力。聽聽?wèi)蚯?、散散步、做做家?wù)，把壞情緒慢慢排解，不把脆弱擺給別人看，自己消化委屈，內(nèi)心才會越來越強(qiáng)大。
