療愈文旅的終極目標(biāo)不是逃避現(xiàn)實,而是為了更完整地回歸生活。它通過創(chuàng)造一種“過渡性空間”,讓人們在安全、支持性的環(huán)境中練習(xí)新的存在方式,然后將這種體驗帶回日常。未來,療愈文旅可能呈現(xiàn)三大趨勢:一是與醫(yī)療體系的深度融合,發(fā)展出“處方療愈旅行”;二是更加個性化定制,通過AI匹配個人心理特征與療愈方案;三是形成全國性療愈網(wǎng)絡(luò),讓人們在不同的生命階段找到對應(yīng)的療愈場域。
