我國胸痛中心經(jīng)過多年深耕建設(shè)，體系不斷完善、經(jīng)驗(yàn)持續(xù)積累，如今建設(shè)成果已輻射延伸至香港。去年，香港首家胸痛中心在香港瑪麗醫(yī)院順利建成，是我國胸痛中心建設(shè)的新里程碑。同時(shí)，胸痛中心國際化探索正在扎實(shí)推進(jìn)，已在“一帶一路”沿線國家開展胸痛救治相關(guān)實(shí)踐并初見成效，為胸痛中心模式國際化推廣做實(shí)鋪墊。

第十五屆胸痛中心大會(huì)選址香港，將于2026年4月3-4日聯(lián)動(dòng)深圳舉行。依托香港得天獨(dú)厚的國際交流窗口優(yōu)勢(shì)，結(jié)合國際化探索成果，將中國胸痛中心模式推向全球已成必然趨勢(shì)。這些積淀不僅為大會(huì)的國際化交流奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)，更讓國際化成為本次大會(huì)的核心主線，助力向全球展現(xiàn)中國胸痛中心模式的國際影響力。

多維彰顯國際化特色，搭建全球胸痛診療交流高地

本次大會(huì)在國際化布局上亮點(diǎn)滿滿，通過全球?qū)＜已s、特色論壇設(shè)置、重磅成果發(fā)布等多元舉措，精心搭建起具有國際影響力的胸痛診療學(xué)術(shù)交流平臺(tái)。

（一）全球?qū)＜引R聚 共探診療共識(shí)

大會(huì)秉持開放包容的交流理念，廣泛邀約全球胸痛診療領(lǐng)域的權(quán)威專家參會(huì)，營造多元碰撞的學(xué)術(shù)氛圍。來自印度尼西亞、哈薩克斯坦、越南、沙特阿拉伯、烏茲別克斯坦等二十多個(gè)國家的專家將齊聚一堂，圍繞胸痛中心建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、急危重癥救治技術(shù)、區(qū)域協(xié)同體系構(gòu)建等關(guān)鍵議題深入研討，通過疑難病例會(huì)診、診療經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享等形式，促進(jìn)國際診療思維的深度融合與碰撞。

（二）精準(zhǔn)設(shè)置主題論壇 解鎖國際學(xué)術(shù)新視野

大會(huì)設(shè)置了20余個(gè)分論壇，其中“一帶一路胸痛中心建設(shè)論壇”“國際胸痛中心建設(shè)論壇”等核心論壇，精準(zhǔn)聚焦不同區(qū)域胸痛中心建設(shè)的痛點(diǎn)與需求，解讀全球最新指南修訂要點(diǎn)，拆解前沿技術(shù)臨床應(yīng)用案例，分享“一帶一路”沿線國家救治體系建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為不同發(fā)展階段的國家提供可借鑒的實(shí)踐路徑。同時(shí)，多個(gè)專題講題覆蓋智慧化診療技術(shù)、基層能力提升等前沿方向，全面涵蓋國際化建設(shè)的多元維度。

（三）發(fā)布重磅成果 輸出國際建設(shè)指引

大會(huì)將集中發(fā)布多項(xiàng)重要成果，《國際胸痛中心建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》將首發(fā)，該《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》凝練了我國胸痛救治體系建設(shè)十多年的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和先進(jìn)模式，將為全球尤其是“一帶一路”沿線國家提供可適配的建設(shè)框架，助力推動(dòng)沿線國家遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療協(xié)作，引導(dǎo)各國按醫(yī)療層級(jí)合理分配資源，實(shí)現(xiàn)“有限資源最大化救治效益”。與此同時(shí)，大會(huì)也將發(fā)出國際胸痛中心建設(shè)倡議，旨在推動(dòng)國際胸痛中心建設(shè)規(guī)范化發(fā)展，助力提升全球胸痛救治整體水平。

深耕“一帶一路”實(shí)踐，展望全球協(xié)作新未來

在“一帶一路”倡議指引下，我國胸痛中心國際化探索積淀豐碩成果，形成可復(fù)制的中國方案。近一年，胸痛中心實(shí)踐先后赴柬埔寨開展經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流、向哈薩克斯坦分享胸痛中心建設(shè)及介入治療技術(shù)、派遣新疆專家赴烏茲別克斯坦研討胸痛救治體系建設(shè)，系列行動(dòng)僅獲當(dāng)?shù)卣J(rèn)可，助力共建國家提升診療能力，夯實(shí)國際醫(yī)療合作機(jī)制。

結(jié)語：展望未來，我們將以本次大會(huì)為契機(jī)，進(jìn)一步深化全球胸痛診療合作。一方面，持續(xù)推進(jìn)香港及澳門地區(qū)胸痛中心建設(shè)，構(gòu)建大灣區(qū)胸痛中心一體化體系，強(qiáng)化港澳的國際交流窗口樞紐作用，搭建內(nèi)地與全球的常態(tài)化溝通機(jī)制和人才交流平臺(tái)；另一方面，加大對(duì)“一帶一路”沿線國家的支持力度，通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)推廣、技術(shù)培訓(xùn)、遠(yuǎn)程協(xié)作等多種形式，擴(kuò)大中國胸痛中心模式的國際影響力，助力構(gòu)建全球一體化胸痛救治網(wǎng)絡(luò)，為全球心血管疾病治理貢獻(xiàn)中國力量。

With Hong Kong as a Gateway: Charting a New Global Path for Chest Pain Care-Previewing the Highlights of the 15th China Chest Pain Centers Congress

?Building on Proven Foundations: Leveraging Hong Kong to Step onto the Global Stage

China’s chest pain center system, refined over years of dedicated development, has continually evolved with accumulated expertise. Its reach now extends to Hong Kong, where the successful establishment of the first center at Queen Mary Hospital last year marks a significant milestone. Meanwhile, international expansion is progressing steadily. Pilot programs along the Belt and Road Initiative have demonstrated promising outcomes, laying the groundwork for the global promotion of this model.

The 15th China Chest Pain Centers Congress will be held jointly in Hong Kong and Shenzhen on April 3-4, 2026. By leveraging Hong Kong's unique position as an international hub and building on our global pilot experiences, promoting the Chinese chest pain center model worldwide is a natural and timely step forward. This established foundation not only supports robust international dialogue at the congress, but also positions globalization as its core theme, showcasing the international influence of China’s approach.

?A Multifaceted Global Platform: Fostering Worldwide Exchange in Chest Pain Care

The congress is designed to be a truly global event. Through a diverse strategy including an international faculty, specially curated forums, and significant releases, it aims to establish a high-impact academic platform for chest pain care.

(I) Gathering of Global Minds: Advancing Clinical Consensus

Embracing open and inclusive dialogue, the congress will bring together leading international experts in chest pain management. Experts from over 20 countries, including Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, and Uzbekistan, will engage in in-depth discussions on accreditation standards, emergency and critical care protocols, and regional collaborative systems. Through complex case reviews and shared clinical experiences, the congress will foster meaningful exchange of global best practices.

(II) Targeted Forums: Unlocking New International Perspectives

Featuring more than 20 specialized sessions, the congress includes core forums such as the Belt and Road Chest Pain Center Construction Forum and the International Chest Pain Center Development Forum. These will address region-specific challenges and needs, interpret key updates from major international guidelines, and analyze real-world applications of advanced technologies. Experiences from the Belt and Road healthcare systems will be shared to offer adaptable pathways for nations at various development stages. Additional topics will cover cutting-edge areas like smart healthcare technologies and primary care capacity building, offering a comprehensive view of global development.

(III) Launching Key Deliverables to Guide International Development

The congress will unveil several major outcomes, including the inaugural International Standards for Chest Pain Center Establishment. Drawing on over a decade of China’s successful experience, these standards will provide an adaptable framework for countries worldwide, especially those along the Belt and Road. It aims to facilitate cross-border telemedicine collaboration, and guide rational resource allocation across different healthcare tiers to maximize outcomes. An international chest pain center development initiative will also be announced to promote standardized global growth and help enhance the overall standard of chest pain care worldwide.

?From the Belt and Road Practice to Global Collaboration: Envisioning the Future

Guided by the Belt and Road Initiative, China's chest pain centers have accumulated valuable international experience, forming a replicable model. Over the past year, delegations have visited Cambodia for experience exchange, shared center development and interventional techniques with Kazakhstan, and dispatched experts from Xinjiang to Uzbekistan to discuss care system development. These efforts have been well received locally, helping to jointly build countries' diagnostic and treatment capabilities and consolidating the international health cooperation frameworks.

Looking ahead, we will take this congress as an opportunity to further deepen global cooperation in chest pain care. We will continue to promote chest pain center development in Hong Kong and Macao, build an integrated Greater Bay Area network and strengthen the role of these regions as international hubs. This will facilitate sustained dialogue and professional exchange between the Chinese mainland and the global community. Simultaneously, we will increase support for countries along the Belt and Road through standards promotion, technical training, and remote collaboration, amplifying the global reach of the Chinese model. Our goal is to help build a global integrated chest pain care network, and offer China’s solutions to global cardiovascular disease challenges.
