國務(wù)院總理李強(qiáng)日前簽署國務(wù)院令，公布修訂后的《中華人民共和國藥品管理法實(shí)施條例》，自2026年5月15日起施行。

2026年1月27日，新修訂的《中華人民共和國藥品管理法實(shí)施條例》（以下簡稱《條例》）正式發(fā)布。這也是我國在《條例》施行23年以來首次全面修訂，為我國藥品監(jiān)管體系完善與醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展筑牢制度支撐。
