三月的天津，處處煥發(fā)蓬勃生機(jī)。伴隨著新學(xué)期的到來，來自泰國的萬新春和80多名同學(xué)跨越萬里，來到天津渤海職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)。這群青年，延續(xù)著一段跨越十年的職教合作佳話。
In March， Tianjin is alive with the vibe of spring。 As the new semester begins， Wasan Butsadiwan from Thailand with more than 80 classmates have traveled thousands of miles to study at Tianjin Bohai Vocational Technical College。 Their arrival continues a decade-long story of vocational education cooperation between China and Thailand。

Inside the college’s Engineering Practice and Innovation Experience Center， Sun Jianpeng， a teacher in the mechatronics program， is guiding Wasan Butsadiwan as he operates a robotic arm， occasionally pointing out key techniques。 On the blackboard in the corner， the highlights of the program are written in both Thai and Chinese。

2016年3月，由天津渤海職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院與泰國大城技術(shù)學(xué)院共同建設(shè)的全球首家魯班工坊正式揭牌，開創(chuàng)中方與合作伙伴在境外共建職教實(shí)體機(jī)構(gòu)、實(shí)施學(xué)歷教育和技術(shù)培訓(xùn)的先河。
In March 2016， Tianjin Bohai Vocational Technical College and Ayutthaya Technical College of Thailand jointly inaugurated the world’s first Luban Workshop。 It marked the beginning of China and its partners establishing vocational education institutions overseas and offering degree programs and technical training abroad。
“這里的老師都很有經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我在這里學(xué)到很多知識。”萬新春說，“印象最深的就是老師講的機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)與加工，無論是機(jī)械操作原理，還是機(jī)械零件設(shè)計(jì)，都非常有意思，對未來就業(yè)也非常有用處！”
“The teachers here are very experienced。 I’ve learned so much，” Wasan Butsadiwan said。 “What impressed me most was the course on mechanical design and manufacturing。 Whether it’s the operating principles or the design of mechanical parts， everything is fascinating — and very useful for my future career。”

機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)專業(yè)是魯班工坊開設(shè)的第一個專業(yè)，為了讓學(xué)生們能夠系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)理論知識和實(shí)訓(xùn)操作，天津和泰國同步推進(jìn)教學(xué)方案，共同制定課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、統(tǒng)一實(shí)訓(xùn)要求。在天津，實(shí)訓(xùn)中心打造了仿生機(jī)器人學(xué)習(xí)體驗(yàn)區(qū)、自動化生產(chǎn)線教學(xué)區(qū)等十余個教學(xué)實(shí)踐區(qū)，承接留學(xué)生的實(shí)訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)工作。在泰國，工坊開設(shè)機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用技術(shù)等6個專業(yè)，讓泰國學(xué)生在家門口就能享受中國職教資源。
Mechatronics was the first program offered at the Luban Workshop。 To ensure students could systematically learn both theory and hands-on skills， China and Thailand jointly developed teaching plans， unified course standards， and aligned practical training requirements。 In Tianjin， the training center includes more than ten practice zones， such as a bionic robot learning and experiencing zone and an automated production line teaching zone， where international students receive hands-on instruction。 In Thailand， the Workshop offers six programs， including mechatronics，IoT application technology， etc。， allowing Thai students to access high-quality Chinese vocational education without leaving home。

“多年密切合作，讓大城技術(shù)學(xué)院走在了相關(guān)領(lǐng)域新技術(shù)的前沿?！碧岬蕉嗄旰献鞯某晒﹪蟪羌夹g(shù)學(xué)院院長瑪悠麗感慨頗多，“魯班工坊的先進(jìn)教學(xué)模式和實(shí)訓(xùn)資源，讓我們的學(xué)生能夠掌握前沿技能，也推動了學(xué)院的專業(yè)建設(shè)邁上新臺階?！?br/>“Years of close cooperation have put Ayutthaya Technical College at the forefront of new technologies in our field，” said Mayuree Sriraboot， the college’s principal， talking about achievements after years of cooperation。 “The advanced teaching model and training resources of the Luban Workshop have helped our students master cutting-edge skills and greatly strengthened our academic programs。”
2018年7月，天津鐵道職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院加入到泰國魯班工坊三期擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目中，“一坊兩中心”（渤海職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院中心、鐵道職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院中心）的協(xié)同發(fā)展模式就此建立。鐵院中心里最醒目的裝置是中國高速列車動車組模擬駕駛控制臺，依照中國高鐵實(shí)際運(yùn)行的設(shè)備按1：1比例制造。學(xué)生們不僅能親手操作各項(xiàng)控制按鈕，還能模擬應(yīng)對各種突發(fā)情況，沉浸式體驗(yàn)高鐵駕駛操作，直觀掌握動車組駕駛與應(yīng)急處置技能。
In July 2018， Tianjin Railway Technical and Vocational College joined the third-phase expansion of the Luban Workshop in Thailand， establishing a collaborative development model of "One Workshop， Two Centers" （referring to the one Luban Workshop in Thailand and the two training centers in Tianjin Bohai Vocational Technical College and Tianjin Railway Technical and Vocational College）。 The most eye-catching feature of the center in Tianjin Railway Technical and Vocational College is a full-scale simulator of a Chinese high-speed train cockpit， built to the exact specifications of real equipment。 Students can operate the controls themselves， simulate emergency scenarios， and gain immersive and real experiences in high-speed rail driving and emergency response。

來自泰國大城技術(shù)學(xué)院的鄭乃馨，2022年入學(xué)泰國魯班工坊。“以前，我對高鐵技術(shù)一無所知，甚至從未見過真正的動車組。”鄭乃馨回憶道，“天津的老師不僅耐心講解理論知識，還帶著我們走進(jìn)實(shí)訓(xùn)車間，手把手教我們調(diào)試設(shè)備、排查故障。有一次，為了弄明白動車組信號系統(tǒng)的工作原理，老師陪著我們反復(fù)實(shí)操，直到深夜?！比缃瘢嵞塑耙殉蔀樘﹪?dāng)?shù)罔F路企業(yè)的技術(shù)骨干，她常說：“我要把學(xué)到的技術(shù)，用到泰國鐵路發(fā)展中，做中泰技術(shù)交流的使者?！?br/>Zheng Naixin from Ayutthaya Technical College enrolled in the Luban Workshop in Thailand in 2022。 "I knew nothing about high-speed rail before — I had never even seen a real EMU train，" she recalled。 "The teachers from Tianjin patiently explained the theory and took us into the training workshop， teaching us step by step how to debug equipment and troubleshoot problems。 Once， to help us understand the signal system of a train， the teacher stayed with us practicing until late at night。" Now， Zheng Naixin is a key technician at a Thai railway company。 She often says， "I want to apply what I learned to Thailand's railway development and become a bridge for China-Thailand technical exchange。"
十年間，泰國魯班工坊累計(jì)開展學(xué)生交流培訓(xùn)3萬余人次，為泰國本土培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能人才2000多人，支持468名泰國學(xué)生來華深造，共同培養(yǎng)各類職業(yè)技能人才超萬名。如今，泰國魯班工坊的成功模式得到廣泛推廣，為全球38個魯班工坊的建設(shè)提供了可借鑒的實(shí)踐范式，成為共建“一帶一路”上“技術(shù)驛站”的核心標(biāo)桿。
Over the past decade， the Luban Workshop in Thailand has trained more than 30，000 students through exchange programs， produced over 2，000 technical professionals， and supported 468 Thai students in pursuing further studies in China。 Altogether， it has helped train more than 10，000 skilled workers。 Its successful model has since been replicated worldwide， guiding the development of 38 Luban Workshops across the globe and becoming a flagship “technical exchange hub” in the Belt and Road Initiative。

“中國鐵路修到哪里，鐵路技術(shù)技能人才培養(yǎng)就跟到哪里。”2019年3月，天津鐵道職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院又牽頭建起了非洲第一家魯班工坊——吉布提魯班工坊。

2018年，中國企業(yè)在非洲建成了橫貫東非高原的第一條跨國電氣化鐵路——亞吉鐵路。滿載濃香咖啡豆的貨運(yùn)列車，從東非腹地埃塞俄比亞高原出發(fā)，跨越752公里，抵達(dá)吉布提海港，銷往世界各地，成為非洲內(nèi)陸通往全球的“黃金通道”。但鐵路建成后，一個現(xiàn)實(shí)的問題擺在眼前：吉布提教育體系中沒有鐵道相關(guān)專業(yè)，當(dāng)?shù)匾欢燃比辫F路運(yùn)營、檢修等相關(guān)技能人才，制約了亞吉鐵路效能的發(fā)揮。在了解了當(dāng)?shù)氐那袑?shí)需求后，天津鐵道職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院及時選派4名鐵道專業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的教師遠(yuǎn)赴吉布提，深入現(xiàn)場考察，因地制宜開設(shè)了鐵道交通運(yùn)營管理、鐵道工程技術(shù)等4個專業(yè)。
In 2018， Chinese enterprises completed the Addis Ababa-Djibouti Railway， the first electrified multinational railway in East Africa。 Freight trains loaded with fragrant coffee beans travel 752 kilometers from Ethiopian highlands to the port of Djibouti， opening a “golden corridor”from inland Africa to the world。 But after the railway opened， a challenge emerged： Djibouti's education system had no railway-related programs， and the country lacked trained personnel for operations and maintenance。 This limited the railway's efficiency。 After learning about the situation， Tianjin Railway Technical and Vocational College sent four experienced railway instructors to Djibouti to conduct field research and establish four programs tailored to local needs， including railway operation management， railway engineering technology， etc

奧斯曼從小生活在鐵路周邊，看著亞吉鐵路一天天建成，他一直想為鐵路做點(diǎn)什么。2019年，當(dāng)他獲得進(jìn)入魯班工坊交流學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會時，激動地分享道：“我們國家也有鐵道專業(yè)了，我特別開心。魯班工坊圓了我的鐵路夢！未來，我想當(dāng)吉布提的魯班，為吉布提鐵路發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)我的智慧和力量！”
Osman grew up near the railway and watched the Addis Ababa-Djibouti line being built。 He always dreamed of contributing to the railway。 In 2019， when he was selected to study at the Luban Workshop， he said excitedly， “Our country finally has a railway program—it feels like a dream！ The Luban Workshop made my dream come true。 I want to become Djibouti’s own ‘Lu Ban’ and contribute to our railway development?！?/p>

在老師的帶領(lǐng)下，他多次前往亞吉鐵路實(shí)地感受鐵路的先進(jìn)技術(shù)。不僅學(xué)習(xí)了理論知識和實(shí)踐技能，更被課程中所蘊(yùn)含的工匠精神深深打動?！棒敯嗍侵袊糯墓そ常碇媲缶墓そ尘?。我在工作中也要發(fā)揚(yáng)魯班精神，將亞吉鐵路建設(shè)得越來越好！”奧斯曼說道。
Under the guidance of his teachers， Osman visited the Addis Ababa–Djibouti Railway for multiple times to experience its advanced technologies firsthand。 He learned both theory and practical skills， and was deeply inspired by the spirit of craftsmanship embedded in the curriculum。 “Lu Ban was an ancient Chinese craftsman known for his dedication to craftsmanship。 I want to carry forward Lu Ban's spirit into my work and help make the Addis Ababa–Djibouti Railway better and better，” he said。
目前，吉布提魯班工坊已為當(dāng)?shù)嘏囵B(yǎng)了3000多名鐵路從業(yè)人員和技術(shù)人才，還被吉布提總統(tǒng)蓋萊稱為“中國送給吉布提最好的禮物”。
So far， the Luban Workshop in Djibouti has trained more than 3，000 railway workers and technicians。 Djibouti’s President Guelleh has even called it “the best gift China has given to Djibouti。”

2026年，既是全球首個魯班工坊成立十周年，也是中非建交70周年。站在新的歷史起點(diǎn)上，魯班工坊承載著更多共建各方的期盼與努力，推動中國優(yōu)質(zhì)職教資源與各國需求精準(zhǔn)對接、資源共享互鑒。
The year 2026 marks not only the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Luban Workshop in the world， but also the 70th anniversary of the establishment of China–Africa diplomatic relations。 Standing at a new historical starting point， Luban Workshops carry the hopes and efforts of all working partners， helping align China’s high-quality vocational education with the needs of countries around the world， share resources and promote mutual learning。
技能無國界，匠心連絲路。從泰國到吉布提，從亞洲到非洲，從首個魯班工坊落地生根到如今遍布亞、非、歐、美四大洲32個國家的38個魯班工坊，魯班工坊的成長之路，是中外攜手合作、共促發(fā)展的生動見證。這些“小而美、見效快、惠民生”的“技術(shù)驛站”，讓中國優(yōu)質(zhì)的職業(yè)教育與先進(jìn)的產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)和裝備一同走出國門，也牽系著共建“一帶一路”國家在技術(shù)、人才和文化交流中的互通互融、民心相連。
