目前，已有一名瑞士乘客

在返回瑞士后確診并住院。

世衛(wèi)組織緊急通知12國(guó)！

自該郵輪上月啟航以來，已有3人死亡，包括一對(duì)荷蘭夫婦以及一名德國(guó)籍乘客。

目前尚不清楚疫情是如何發(fā)生的。但世衛(wèi)組織WHO推測(cè)，死亡的荷蘭夫婦可能是在登船前，于阿根廷旅行期間感染病毒。

郵輪運(yùn)營(yíng)商Oceanwide Expeditions表示，郵輪抵達(dá)圣赫勒拿島時(shí)，船上共有120名乘客，其中有30人于4月24日下船，包括一名于4月11日在船上去世的乘客。

WHO表示，目前共報(bào)告8宗病例，其中3人死亡，8宗病例中有5宗已被確診為漢坦病毒感染。

她表示：“新西蘭邊境擁有完善的公共衛(wèi)生措施，如有需要，可以對(duì)可能接觸過漢坦病毒的人作出應(yīng)對(duì)。但截至目前，我們沒有收到任何信息顯示，新西蘭本地目前需要針對(duì)漢坦病毒啟動(dòng)公共衛(wèi)生響應(yīng)�！�

那么，什么是

漢坦病毒（hantavirus）呢？

漢坦病毒是一類由嚙齒動(dòng)物攜帶、可導(dǎo)致人類嚴(yán)重疾病的病毒。這類病毒最早于韓國(guó)漢灘江地區(qū)被發(fā)現(xiàn)，于1993年首次在美國(guó)被確認(rèn)。

疾病早期癥狀包括疲勞、發(fā)燒和肌肉酸痛，尤其常見于大肌肉群——如大腿、臀部、背部，有時(shí)也包括肩膀。

約半數(shù)感染者還會(huì)出現(xiàn)頭痛、頭暈、發(fā)冷，以及惡心、嘔吐、腹瀉和腹痛等腹部問題。

在4至10天后，患者可能進(jìn)一步出現(xiàn)咳嗽和呼吸困難等癥狀，因?yàn)榉尾繒?huì)開始積液。潛伏期——即從感染到出現(xiàn)癥狀之間的時(shí)間——通常為2至3周，但最長(zhǎng)可達(dá)8周。

倫敦衛(wèi)生與熱帶醫(yī)學(xué)院分子病毒學(xué)教授Roger Hewson表示，不同種類的漢坦病毒分布于全球不同地區(qū)�！霸诿乐�，一些漢坦病毒可能引發(fā)漢坦病毒肺綜合征（HPS），這是一種罕見但可能極其嚴(yán)重的肺部疾病�！�

“癥狀初期通常較不明顯，包括發(fā)燒、肌肉酸痛、頭痛以及腸胃不適，隨后部分患者會(huì)發(fā)展為呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病�！�

據(jù)悉，漢坦病毒肺綜合征“非常危險(xiǎn)”，阿根廷每年約有100人感染該病，其中約三分之一死亡。

感染漢坦病毒最常見的方式，是吸入含有受感染嚙齒動(dòng)物排泄物、尿液或唾液的灰塵，雖然人傳人的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)非常低，但過去確實(shí)曾出現(xiàn)過相關(guān)案例。

“目前尚無特效療法...

出現(xiàn)這些癥狀請(qǐng)立即就醫(yī)！”

目前尚無針對(duì)漢坦病毒感染的特效療法。

根據(jù)哈佛醫(yī)學(xué)院發(fā)布的文章，一種名為利巴韋林（ribavirin）的抗病毒藥物有時(shí)會(huì)被建議使用，因?yàn)樗驯蛔C明對(duì)某些會(huì)導(dǎo)致腎衰竭的漢坦病毒類型有效；但對(duì)于影響肺部和心臟的病例，目前尚未證實(shí)有效。

哈佛醫(yī)學(xué)院表示，盡早識(shí)別感染癥狀并及時(shí)接受治療的患者預(yù)后通常優(yōu)于延遲求醫(yī)者——如果疾病能在早期被識(shí)別，患者通常會(huì)接受氧氣治療，以幫助他們度過嚴(yán)重呼吸困難階段。

哈佛醫(yī)學(xué)院稱，如果你曾接觸過嚙齒動(dòng)物，并出現(xiàn)發(fā)燒、深層肌肉疼痛以及嚴(yán)重呼吸困難等癥狀，應(yīng)立即就醫(yī)。同時(shí)務(wù)必告知醫(yī)生你曾接觸過老鼠等嚙齒動(dòng)物，這將提醒醫(yī)生特別關(guān)注鼠類傳播疾病，例如漢坦病毒。
