她自己并沒有正兒八經(jīng)上過學(xué)，但是，當(dāng)年她和另兩位姐妹創(chuàng)辦的“弄堂小學(xué)”如今已經(jīng)成為上海響當(dāng)當(dāng)?shù)墓k小學(xué)。

她說，教好孩子沒什么訣竅，就是三個愛：愛學(xué)校，愛老師，愛學(xué)生；還有七個字：教好每一個學(xué)生。

她的故事，被改編成滬劇《雞毛飛上天》、電影《春催桃李》，激勵了一代代人。她就是全國勞動模范、全國三八紅旗手、上海市徐匯區(qū)建襄小學(xué)創(chuàng)始人之一、名譽(yù)校長吳佩芳。

12月16日，“徐匯區(qū)建襄小學(xué)”微信公眾號發(fā)布訃告：中國共產(chǎn)黨黨員，全國勞動模范，全國三八紅旗手，上海徐匯區(qū)建襄小學(xué)創(chuàng)始人之一、名譽(yù)校長吳佩芳同志，因病醫(yī)治無效，于2025年12月15日凌晨3時32分在徐匯區(qū)龍華社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心逝世，享年95歲。

Wu Peifang, a national model worker and co-founder of the renowned Jianxiang Primary School in Shanghai's Xuhui district, passed away on Dec 15, 2025, at the age of 95.

訃告稱，吳佩芳以“雞毛飛上天”的執(zhí)著精神開拓教育之路。她堅持“愛”的教育，提出要“教好每一個學(xué)生”，以“艱苦奮斗，努力創(chuàng)新”的辦學(xué)精神激勵著一代又一代的建襄人，為學(xué)校的持續(xù)發(fā)展奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。

根據(jù)公開資料，吳佩芳系新中國成立后上海的第一所民辦學(xué)校——建襄小學(xué)的創(chuàng)始人。這個只有小學(xué)三年級學(xué)歷的家庭婦女，拿起教鞭，站上講臺，思考的是讓弄堂里想讀書的孩子都有書讀。

1958年，吳佩芳和兩個姐妹殷祖懿、江鏡蓉東拼西湊，籌集了資金，在肇嘉浜路一廢棄車庫辦起了小學(xué)，這個“弄堂學(xué)?！钡氖着鷮W(xué)生來自附近弄堂76個最普通的家庭。她鼓勵老師“因人而異”備課，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生自覺克服缺點(diǎn)和不足。

Despite having no formal education herself, Wu, alongside two other women, established a "lane school" in 1958 that would later evolve into the prestigious public Jianxiang Primary School. Operating initially from a converted garage on Zhaojiabang Road, the school served 76 children from ordinary families in the surrounding lanes.

Wu's educational philosophy was simple yet profound: three loves — love for the school, the teachers, and the students — and a motto: "Teach every student well". She encouraged personalized lesson planning and guided students to overcome their shortcomings.

吳佩芳堅信，每一根“雞毛”都能“飛上天”

1978年，建襄小學(xué)和附近學(xué)校合并，轉(zhuǎn)為公辦學(xué)校，吳佩芳重新出任校長。退休后，吳佩芳被聘為建襄小學(xué)名譽(yù)校長。

當(dāng)年的老教師回憶，學(xué)校舉辦了師生心靈溝通熱線、老師為學(xué)生服務(wù)日等“愛生”活動，在吳校長帶領(lǐng)下，大家每天都主動留到晚上七八點(diǎn)回家，總結(jié)學(xué)校每天情況，針對特殊情況群策群力想辦法。

In 1978, Jianxiang Primary School became a public institution, with Wu resuming her role as principal. After retirement, she served as its honorary principal. Colleagues recalled her dedication, with staff often staying late into the evening to discuss student progress under her leadership.

艱苦的環(huán)境阻擋不了辦學(xué)的熱情

1986年，吳佩芳被任命為建襄小學(xué)名譽(yù)校長，成為上海解放后任命的首批名譽(yù)校長。退休后，她?；亟ㄏ逍W(xué)和師生聊天，還參加了市教育工會組織的百老德育講師團(tuán)，進(jìn)學(xué)校、下社區(qū)、去農(nóng)村，舉辦600多場專題報告，義務(wù)為30多萬名師生講學(xué)。她說，“只要有口氣，就要為教育出點(diǎn)力”。

Even in retirement, Wu remained active in education, delivering over 600 volunteer lectures to more than 300,000 teachers and students across schools and communities. "As long as I have breath, I will contribute to education," she said.
