Fudan-Sinarmas Fellow Program

Introduction

Fudan-Sinarmas Thinktank, Fudan University (hereinafter referred to as “Thinktank”) is an academic and consultative research project collaborated by Fudan University and Sinarmas Group APP (China). The program fully utilizes the advantages of the comprehensive disciplines of Fudan University and the industrial and resource advantages of Sinarmas Group, in exploring the dynamics of national development and stimulating the new momentum in the new era.

Overview

The Fudan-Sinarmas Fellow Program applications are open to Indonesian scholars. The program allows scholars to interact with Fudan faculty and help deepen cross-disciplinary academic collaborations.

Eligibility

1. Applicants are required to be or under 60 years of age and holdIndonesiannationality;

2. Applicants are required to hold a faculty position at a recognized university or be a regular member at an established research institute outside Chinese mainland;

Applicants with backgrounds in government, international or non-governmental organizations, renowned enterprises, top think tanks, or media institutions, who also possess strong capabilities in academic communication and science policy research, are also eligible to apply；

3. Applicants are required to be available for full-time research at office for 30-90 days;

4. The working language is required to be English.

3. High resolution picture with white background of the applicant (JPEG or PNG);

4. Research proposal (minimum 2 pages in English);

5. A recommendation letter from an expert in the applicant's field or from the head of the applicant's institution.

Responsibility

1. The research fields are required to focus on the Belt and Road Initiative, National governance, AI Etc., with specific areas including, but not limited to, the status and confusion of national development, digital transformation, science and technology innovation, urban development and governance, carbon peaking and carbon neutrality;

2. The visiting scholar is required to submit a working paper during the visiting period. Upon the publication of the paper (the paper is expected to be published within two years), the visiting scholar should indicate the support of the “Fudan-Sinarmas Thinktank, Fudan-Sinarmas Fellow Program” in the paper;

3. The visiting scholar should actively respond to the research need of Sinarmas Group, give at least one seminar on their research topics at the Sinarmas Group or the Fudan University, and actively participate in other seminars organized by the program;

4. The visiting scholar is required to work at the office for at least 3 days per week, and meet with other scholars, staff or students who have made an appointment with them;

5. The visiting schol ar is required to inf orm the program in advance when attending activities organized by other institutions during the visiting period, and add “Fudan-Sinarmas Fellow, Fudan University” as title;

*All the reports/ articles/ essays that the visiting scholar submits to the program may be selected and recommended to the program publishing partners. Please ensure that the submissions or recommendations do not cause any copyright conflicts.

Funding and Support

Funding and Support

1. Fudan Development Institute will reimburse visiting scholars for round-trip international economy class airfare up to a certain limit, and provide a corresponding living allowance: Assistant Professors (600 RMB/day, pre-tax); Associate Professors (800 RMB/day, pre-tax); Full Professors (1200 RMB/day, pre-tax);

2. This program provides funding for a scholar only once and cannot be applied for multiple times.

The maximum Economy Class allowances are as follows:

Additionally, FDDI offers each visiting scholar free office space (excluding winter and summer holidays), and invites visiting scholars to participate in on-campus lectures and public events. FDDI will also provide platforms and opportunities for publication in academic journals and Chinese media.

復(fù)旦-金光訪問學(xué)者項目

復(fù)旦-金光思想庫（以下稱“思想庫”）是由復(fù)旦大學(xué)與金光集團(tuán)APP（中國）合作的學(xué)術(shù)咨政研究項目。思想庫以“高維度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)與國家發(fā)展”為總主題，充分利用復(fù)旦大學(xué)綜合學(xué)科優(yōu)勢，積極發(fā)揮金光集團(tuán)產(chǎn)業(yè)與資源優(yōu)勢，探尋國家發(fā)展動力，激發(fā)新時代新動能。

項目概況

復(fù)旦-金光思想庫（以下簡稱“思想庫”）“復(fù)旦金光訪問學(xué)者項目”面向印度尼西亞學(xué)者開放申請，以加強學(xué)術(shù)研究及合作，促進(jìn)海外學(xué)者與復(fù)旦學(xué)者交流溝通。

申請條件

1. 申請人應(yīng)擁有印度尼西亞國籍，年齡在60歲及以下；

2. 申請人應(yīng)為在中國大陸以外的大學(xué)或研究機構(gòu)擁有正式職務(wù)的學(xué)者、資深專家或行業(yè)精英，具備良好的研究能力；若申請人具有在政府、國際或非政府組織、知名企業(yè)、高級智庫或媒體機構(gòu)的工作背景，同時具備較強的學(xué)術(shù)傳播和科學(xué)政策研究能力，也可申報；

3. 申請人須安排為期30-90天的訪問時間；

4. 工作語言應(yīng)為英文。

2. 個人簡歷，包括教育與研究經(jīng)歷、已發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)成果；

3. 個人高清白底照片一 張；

4. 一份訪問期間的研究計劃（英文，不少于2頁）；

5. 申請人所在領(lǐng)域的專家或申請人機構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)人的一封推薦信。

工作職責(zé)

1. 訪問學(xué)者應(yīng)圍 繞一帶一路、國家治理、綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)、人工智能等主題展開研 究，具體領(lǐng)域包括但不限于國家發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及困惑、數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型、綠色金融、科技創(chuàng)新、城市發(fā)展與治理、碳達(dá)峰碳中和等；

2. 訪問學(xué)者應(yīng)在訪學(xué)結(jié)束時提供至少一篇工作論文作為訪學(xué)期間研究成果（預(yù)計于兩年內(nèi)作正式發(fā)表），論文正式發(fā)表需注明“復(fù)旦-金光思想庫復(fù)旦金光訪問學(xué)者項目”支持；

3. 訪問學(xué)者應(yīng)積極響應(yīng)金光集團(tuán)研究需要，在金光集團(tuán)或復(fù)旦大學(xué)進(jìn)行至少一次學(xué)術(shù)報告，并積極參加思想庫組織的研討活動；

4. 訪問學(xué)者應(yīng)每周至少三個工作日在研究室工作，并接受復(fù)旦大學(xué)教研人員及學(xué)生的預(yù)約見面；

5. 訪問學(xué)者在國內(nèi)訪問期間參與其他機構(gòu)活動時，應(yīng)提前告知思想庫，并在職位中注明“復(fù)旦金光訪問學(xué)者”。

*所有訪問學(xué)者向思想庫提交的文章，可能被甄選并推薦發(fā)表。訪問學(xué)者須保證其所提交或推薦的文章不會引起任何版權(quán)糾紛。

資助保障

1. 復(fù)旦-金光思想庫將為訪問學(xué)者報銷有上限的國際往返經(jīng)濟(jì)艙機票，提供相應(yīng)生活補貼：助理教授（600元人民幣/天，稅前）；副教授（800元人民幣/天，稅前）；正教授（1200元人民幣/天，稅前）。本項目僅為同一學(xué)者提供一次資助，不可重復(fù)申請。

另外，復(fù)旦-金光思想庫為每位訪問學(xué)者提供免費的辦公空間（寒暑假期除外），以及免費的實地考察，并歡迎訪問學(xué)者參加校園內(nèi)的講座和公共活動。同時，復(fù)旦-金光思想庫將提供學(xué)術(shù)期刊和中文媒體的平臺和發(fā)表機會。
