參賽對(duì)象

Participants

全球范圍內(nèi) 18-45 歲的設(shè)計(jì)師(含設(shè)計(jì)愛(ài)好者、院校師生、行業(yè)從業(yè)者、成名設(shè)計(jì)師等),不限國(guó)籍、性別。

Designers aged 18-45 worldwide (including design enthusiasts, faculty and students from universities, industry practitioners, and renowned designers), regardless of nationality or gender.

作品要求

Work Requirements

1

參賽作品必須為原創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì),系列性主題性強(qiáng),成衣感強(qiáng),具有商業(yè)售賣價(jià)值,且符合大賽要求。

The entries must be original designs, with strong thematic themes, a strong sense of ready to wear clothing, commercial sales value, and meet the requirements of the competition.

一個(gè)包含至少4套服裝效果圖的系列設(shè)計(jì),可以是男裝、女裝,或者男女裝混搭。風(fēng)格不限,符合當(dāng)下流行趨勢(shì)。

A series design that includes at least 4 sets of clothing renderings, which can be men's clothing, women's clothing, or a mix of men's and women's clothing. Unrestricted style, in line with current fashion trends.

參加系列要求6頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)方案,應(yīng)包含:靈感概念繆斯,品牌趨勢(shì),色彩趨勢(shì),款式結(jié)構(gòu)圖,面料樣品,效果圖(不少于4套)。

To participate in the series, a 6-page design proposal is required, which should include: inspiration concept Muse, brand trends, color trends, style structure diagrams, fabric samples, and renderings (no less than 4 sets).

要求A3尺寸打印成冊(cè),面料小樣要求10CM*10CM大小,數(shù)量不多于5塊。

遞交《時(shí)裝L’OFFICIEL杯 & 中國(guó)輕紡城國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)大師賽報(bào)名表》。

參賽作品必須是作者本人原創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)且未公開(kāi)發(fā)表的作品,不得侵犯他人知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),其他賽事獲獎(jiǎng)作品不得重復(fù)投稿,一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)將取消作者參賽資格。一個(gè)作品作者可以1-2人。

系列設(shè)計(jì)作品入圍后需制作3套成衣(男裝女裝不限),要求作品系列完整,服飾配套齊全。

Submit the registration form for the Fashion L'OFFICIEL Cup & China Textile City International Design Master Competition.

The entries must be original designs by the author and have not been publicly published. They must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Winning entries from other competitions are not allowed to be resubmitted. Once discovered, the author's eligibility to participate will be cancelled. A work can have 1-2 authors.

評(píng)審團(tuán)將從提交的時(shí)裝設(shè)計(jì)稿中評(píng)選出25-30名選手入圍決賽。

The judging panel will select 25 to 30 contestants from the submitted fashion design drafts to advance to the final round.

選手?jǐn)y入圍系列實(shí)物作品參加決賽,依據(jù)作品動(dòng)態(tài)展示及答辯評(píng)出優(yōu)勝者。

關(guān)于LCTC大賽設(shè)計(jì)版權(quán)的重要事項(xiàng)

1. 組委會(huì)有權(quán)對(duì)投稿作品進(jìn)行任何形式的復(fù)制、宣傳、展覽和編輯出版,無(wú)需另行支付稿酬。凡獲獎(jiǎng)作品(具體為:金獎(jiǎng)、銀獎(jiǎng)及其他賽事設(shè)定獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)),其版權(quán)(除署名權(quán)外)歸大賽組委會(huì)所有,包括對(duì)獲獎(jiǎng)作品一切商業(yè)及非商業(yè)使用,無(wú)須另行征得參賽者同意。參賽者一經(jīng)投稿即視為同意本條款。

2. 決賽結(jié)束后,金獎(jiǎng)、銀獎(jiǎng)等核心獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的3套參賽作品(包括完整服裝、配飾等整體造型)由組委會(huì)統(tǒng)一留存,參賽者不得另行主張所有權(quán)或撤回作品。

3. 參賽者須保證其對(duì)參賽作品享有完整、獨(dú)立的著作權(quán),不侵犯任何第三方的合法權(quán)益。大賽組委會(huì)無(wú)義務(wù)對(duì)參賽作品涉及的所有權(quán)及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)作實(shí)質(zhì)性審查;任何參賽者提供的參賽作品侵犯或被指控侵犯知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),包括但不限于專利權(quán)、商標(biāo)權(quán)、設(shè)計(jì)版權(quán)等和所有權(quán)、其他權(quán)利等為理由而提出的一切直接或間接的索償及法律責(zé)任,概由參賽選手自行承擔(dān),與大賽組織者無(wú)關(guān);對(duì)于參賽選手侵權(quán)行為對(duì)大賽及組織者造成的聲譽(yù)影響,組委會(huì)有權(quán)進(jìn)行追責(zé)。

4. 大賽最終解釋權(quán)歸LCTC大賽組委會(huì)及賽事主辦單位(中國(guó)輕紡城相關(guān)主辦機(jī)構(gòu))所有。

Important issues regarding the design copyright of the LCTC competition

1.The organizing committee has the right to reproduce, promote, exhibit, and edit the submitted works in any form without paying any additional remuneration. All award-winning works (specifically: gold, silver, and other awards set by the competition), the copyright (except for the right of attribution) belongs to the competition organizing committee, including all commercial and non-commercial uses of the award-winning works, without the need to obtain the consent of the participants separately. Participants are deemed to agree to these terms upon submission.

2.After the final, the three sets of entries for core awards such as gold and silver (including complete clothing, accessories, and overall styling) will be retained by the organizing committee, and participants are not allowed to claim ownership or withdraw their works separately.

3. Participants must ensure that they have complete and independent copyright over their entries and do not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. The organizing committee of the competition has no obligation to conduct substantive examination of the ownership and intellectual property rights involved in the entries; Any direct or indirect claims and legal liabilities arising from the infringement or alleged infringement of intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patent rights, trademark rights, design copyrights, ownership, other rights, etc., by any participant's submitted entries shall be borne by the participant themselves and shall not be related to the organizers of the competition; The organizing committee has the right to hold participants accountable for the reputation impact caused by their infringement on the competition and organizers.
