生活有太多的疲憊，再忙也要放一放。前兩天在咖啡館碰到一個朋友，她穿著得體，妝容精致，但眼睛里寫滿了疲倦。我們聊了一會兒，她說的最多的一句話就是："我太累了。"不是身體累，而是那種透到骨子里的心累。工作、家庭、人際關系、自我期許，這些東西像一座座大山，壓得人喘不過氣來。我想，這大概是很多人的真實寫照。

我們都被"忙"綁架了。現(xiàn)在的生活節(jié)奏快得可怕。手機響個不停，郵件堆滿了收件箱，領導找你，下屬等你，父母打電話關心，伴侶提醒你別忘了這忘了那。人們好像陷入了一種競速游戲，覺得只要停下來，就會被時代拋棄。于是，再累也要堅持。再不想做也要做。再沒有精力也要撐著。仿佛"忙碌"本身就成了一種身份象征——我很忙，說明我很重要。我很累，說明我很拼搏。但是，有沒有想過？這樣的生活，到底為了什么？

疲憊是在提醒你。我們都忽略了身體和心靈發(fā)出的信號。脾氣變得暴躁，不是因為別人惹你，而是你已經(jīng)沒有耐心去消化情緒了。晚上睡不著，不是因為失眠，而是大腦始終沒有停止運轉(zhuǎn)?？词裁炊疾豁樠?，連最喜歡的事情都提不起興趣，這就是心里在喊救命的表現(xiàn)。疲憊不是弱點，它是一個信號——告訴你該休息了。

放一放，沒有那么可怕。有人會說，我放不下。放不下工作的責任，放不下對完美的執(zhí)著，放不下別人的評價，放不下對未來的焦慮。但我想問：你的堅持，換來了什么？換來了更多的錢嗎？還是換來了更多的時間？換來了幸福感嗎？還是只是讓自己更加狼狽？放一放，不是放棄。是暫時停下那些不緊急的事。是允許自己有不完美的時刻。是告訴別人，我需要一點屬于自己的時間。很多人會告訴你，世界不會因為你休息一天就停止轉(zhuǎn)動。這話是真的。

那些真正重要的事。年紀越長，越能感受到什么才是真正重要的。不是升職加薪，不是擁有更多物質(zhì)，不是得到所有人的認可。而是——和家人坐在一起，不看手機，聊天；給自己一個下午，做一件純粹為了開心的事；在一個安靜的早晨，好好吃一頓早餐；和朋友促膝談心，說出那些真心話；去看一場日落，或者只是在公園里走走。這些事情聽起來再簡單不過，但它們能夠修復一顆疲憊的心。生活的質(zhì)量，不是由效率決定的，而是由那些被你忽略的細節(jié)決定的。

放一放，才能更好地繼續(xù)。這不是雞湯。心理學研究早就證實了，適度的休息和放松，能夠提升工作效率和生活質(zhì)量。疲憊的狀態(tài)下做決定，往往是錯誤的。心煩意亂時處理人際關系，往往是傷人的。真正聰明的人，從不把自己逼到絕境。他們懂得勞逸結合，懂得舍棄，懂得在該停下來的時候停下來，就像弦不能一直繃得很緊，否則會斷裂。放一放，不是浪費時間。反而是在充電。是在讓自己以更好的狀態(tài)去面對接下來的挑戰(zhàn)。

給自己一個許可。從今天開始，給自己一個許可。許可自己不用時刻保持完美。許可自己可以拒絕一些邀約。許可自己花一個小時什么都不做。許可自己在累的時候，就大聲說出來。生活確實有太多的疲憊，但這不是你一個人的問題。只是，沒有人會因為你的疲憊而責怪你。反而，那些愛你的人，會希望看到你休息，看到你放松，看到你活得更像自己。
