聯(lián)合國婦女署中國辦公室現(xiàn)招募兩名項目助理 Programme Assistant (Chinese Nationals Only)。

性別與氣候項目助理將負責為性別與氣候變化項目及婦女經(jīng)濟賦權（WEE）項目提供行政與財務支持。在氣候變化項目分析師的指導下，項目助理將執(zhí)行各類標準化行政事務，確保工作質量。

項目助理將與中國辦公室的項目管理人員及其他同事緊密合作，并根據(jù)需要遠程對接聯(lián)合國婦女署亞太區(qū)域辦公室、總部及其他聯(lián)合國機構的工作人員，以確保服務的連貫性，并協(xié)助解決復雜的行政和財務相關問題。

技能和經(jīng)驗：

Education and certification：

• A Bachelor degree is required;

• Master and above, and bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration or related fields is an asset.

Experience:

• Bachelors with at least 5 years, or Masters with at least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in administration, procurement, HR, or logistic support service;

• Excellent skills of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.);

• Experience in the use of ATLAS/Quantum is an asset.

• Demonstrated abilities of task tracking, fast learning and quick response;?

• Able to work independently and under strict deadlines is required;?

• Understanding of international development, resource mobilization, and the UN context is an asset.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required;

• Knowledge of the other UN official working language is an asset.

消除針對婦女和女童的暴力項目助理將在項目分析師的領導下，負責為項目團隊提供財務和行政支持，并與其他項目分析師及助理密切合作，協(xié)助推動以核心和非核心資金支持的婦女賦權和性別平等項目在中國的開發(fā)和實施。

項目助理的工作涵蓋研究、財務管理和項目執(zhí)行，提供必要的運營、行政和項目支持。并根據(jù)需要，與中國辦公室和區(qū)域辦公室的運營團隊緊密合作，協(xié)助解決復雜的財務問題。

初始合同期限：10 個月（2026年1月31日到期）

• Good IT skills.

技能和經(jīng)驗：

Education and certification：

• Secondary Education preferably with specialized certification in Accounting and Finance, international studies, social science is required;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration, International Relations and Social Sciences would be desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum five years (with Secondary education) or minimum three years (with Bachelor’s degree) of relevant administrative or programme management experience is required at the national or international level;

• Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages;?

• Experience of organizing and completing multiple tasks by establishing priorities;?

• Experience of administering and executing project budget management is an asset;

• Experience of managing data, documents, correspondence and reports information and workflow is highly recommended;

• Experience of ERP System, especially ATLAS would be an advantage.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Chinese is required;

• Working knowledge of the other UN official working language is an asset.
