據(jù)新京報(bào)報(bào)道，此前，有多位消費(fèi)者表示曾購(gòu)買過(guò)“東方爽茶”“東方元甄”等產(chǎn)品，且以為它就是“東方樹(shù)葉”，因此上當(dāng)受騙。

時(shí)隔數(shù)月，媒體回訪發(fā)現(xiàn)，報(bào)道涉及的山寨產(chǎn)品已全部下架，涉事企業(yè)也被處以18萬(wàn)元罰款。

Several look-alike bottled tea drinks that mimicked Nongfu Spring's popular Oriental Leaf brand have been pulled from the market, and the manufacturer has been fined 180,000 yuan ($25,562) for unfair competition.

Earlier, multiple consumers said they had bought products such as "Oriental Shuangcha" and "Oriental Yuanzhen", mistakenly believing they were Oriental Leaf.

有監(jiān)管部門提示，購(gòu)買食品時(shí)，務(wù)必仔細(xì)核對(duì)商品名稱、商標(biāo)、生產(chǎn)廠家、包裝細(xì)節(jié)等信息，注意觀察字體清晰度、圖案印刷質(zhì)量及包裝密封情況，避免因外觀相似而盲目選購(gòu)。

在社交平臺(tái)上有多位消費(fèi)者表示曾購(gòu)買過(guò)這款產(chǎn)品。一位網(wǎng)友曬出了自己在網(wǎng)店購(gòu)買的東方爽茶，產(chǎn)品名稱為“茉莉花茶味飲料500ml*9瓶/箱”，售價(jià)為17.9元。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，該產(chǎn)品已售出3.2萬(wàn)瓶。

而東方樹(shù)葉天貓官方旗艦店顯示，該品牌的茉莉花茶500ml*15瓶裝售價(jià)為63元，折合每瓶4.2元。

On social media, several consumers shared their experiences buying "Oriental Shuangcha". One user posted a screen shot of an online purchase showing a "jasmine tea–flavored beverage" (500 ml × nine bottles) priced at 17.9 yuan, with sales data indicating 32,000 bottles sold.

By comparison, Nongfu Spring's official Oriental Leaf jasmine tea on the e-commerce platform Tmall costs 63 yuan for a pack of 15 bottles (500 ml each), or about 4.2 yuan per bottle.

據(jù)了解，被網(wǎng)友吐槽的“東方爽茶”，其配料表顯示該產(chǎn)品使用了8種添加劑，且未采用茶葉萃取工藝。據(jù)“東方爽茶”的包裝上顯示，生產(chǎn)商是菏澤市優(yōu)佳食品廠。天眼查信息顯示，優(yōu)佳食品廠成立于2010年12月29日，是一家以從事食品制造業(yè)為主的企業(yè)。

Netizens noted that "Oriental Shuangcha" contains eight additives and does not use tea-leaf extraction. Its packaging lists Heze Youjia Food Factory as the producer, a food manufacturer established in 2010, according to corporate records from business information platform Tianyancha.

今年7月14日，農(nóng)夫山泉表示，2024年初，農(nóng)夫山泉向該企業(yè)所在的屬地市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理部門發(fā)起舉報(bào)，并運(yùn)用訴訟等司法手段維護(hù)自身權(quán)益。2025年7月，農(nóng)夫山泉方面接到了菏澤市市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理局出具的行政處罰決定書(shū)，認(rèn)定“東方元甄”等5款產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)行為已構(gòu)成了不正當(dāng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)行為，并對(duì)生產(chǎn)廠家做出了相應(yīng)處罰。

天眼查數(shù)據(jù)顯示，該廠法定代表人王懷凱已5次被列為限消令對(duì)象，涉案金額累計(jì)75萬(wàn)元。菏澤市優(yōu)佳食品廠曾多次因“傍名牌”行為被訴，包括光明乳業(yè)指控其擅自使用知名商品包裝；養(yǎng)元飲品起訴“金六核桃”仿冒“六個(gè)核桃”；均瑤健康維權(quán)“胃動(dòng)力”山寨“味動(dòng)力”；伊利集團(tuán)訴訟其仿造“金典牧場(chǎng)”包裝。

Nongfu Spring said it reported the company to regulators in early 2024. In July 2025, authorities ruled that five products, including "Oriental Yuanzhen", constituted unfair competition and imposed penalties on the manufacturer.

Tianyancha shows that the factory's legal representative, Wang Huaikai, has been placed under consumption restriction orders five times, involving 750,000 yuan. The Heze Youjia Food Factory has also faced multiple lawsuits for brand imitation, including cases involving knockoff products such as "Golden Six Walnuts" and "Weidongli".
