做人工智能時(shí)代的“六邊形戰(zhàn)士”

——盤(pán)古智庫(kù)2026新年獻(xiàn)詞

2025年落幕，21世紀(jì)就走過(guò)了四分之一。人生百年的四分之一，是最富憧憬和活力的年紀(jì)。一個(gè)世紀(jì)的四分之一，則往往是動(dòng)蕩與變革的節(jié)點(diǎn)。

2025年，見(jiàn)證了世界太多變化，在地區(qū)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)延宕、大國(guó)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)深化、全球經(jīng)濟(jì)低迷、民粹主義四溢的表像之下，是新舊問(wèn)題的復(fù)雜交織，是一些人和國(guó)的欲念滿(mǎn)盈卻又張皇失措。

世界站在失序與分化的關(guān)口，唯有中國(guó)一張藍(lán)圖繪到底，以“十五五”鎖定高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的未來(lái)。不是沒(méi)有承壓和干擾，但果斷有力的應(yīng)對(duì)和思謀深遠(yuǎn)的布局起到撥云見(jiàn)日的作用，促成了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與博弈的攻守易勢(shì)。

只是，國(guó)家的強(qiáng)勢(shì)發(fā)展與人民的普遍繁榮尚未劃上等號(hào)，還存在階層下墜和規(guī)模性返貧的隱患，在穩(wěn)預(yù)期、挽信心、反內(nèi)卷、降風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等方面要做可做的事情很多。必須用事實(shí)效果告訴世界，中國(guó)是個(gè)內(nèi)外兼修、表里均強(qiáng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)體。

我們每個(gè)人都在盡綿薄之力參與對(duì)時(shí)代樣貌的塑造，我們所處的時(shí)代也在塑造我們的命運(yùn)。對(duì)每個(gè)個(gè)體而言，重要的是在充滿(mǎn)變化的時(shí)代以一種相對(duì)積極的自洽確立自我價(jià)值。

機(jī)會(huì)總是留給善于觀察、思考和學(xué)習(xí)的人，而當(dāng)今時(shí)代的最大機(jī)會(huì)在于技術(shù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)合。

當(dāng)人工智能（AI）如洪流般奔涌而至，技術(shù)革命與產(chǎn)業(yè)變革的浪潮正以前所未有的規(guī)模和速度重塑世界，改變著生產(chǎn)力與生產(chǎn)關(guān)系、生活與學(xué)習(xí)方式、全球供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)行模式，以及國(guó)家實(shí)力排行。

未來(lái)財(cái)富的密碼就藏在“十五五”規(guī)劃建議那句話(huà)里：“推動(dòng)量子科技、生物制造、氫能和核聚變能、腦機(jī)接口、具身智能、第六代移動(dòng)通信等成為新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)?！?/p>

一切都在以迅雷不及掩耳之勢(shì)進(jìn)行。也許再有不到一年，人工智能的“奇點(diǎn)時(shí)刻”就會(huì)到來(lái)，圍繞AI技術(shù)將會(huì)形成完整的產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)。也許再過(guò)不到十年，通用人工智能（AGI）就將出現(xiàn)，技術(shù)應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景也會(huì)以我們難以預(yù)料的廣度和深度擴(kuò)展。

“事機(jī)一失應(yīng)難再,時(shí)乎時(shí)乎不我待”。我們要行動(dòng)起來(lái)，做人工智能時(shí)代的“六邊形戰(zhàn)士”，至于“六邊”是指哪些能力，AI助手提供如下參考答案：

一是?數(shù)字素養(yǎng)與數(shù)據(jù)能力。收集、清洗和整理數(shù)據(jù)，是AI模型訓(xùn)練的基礎(chǔ)性技能。未來(lái)，誰(shuí)能夠嫻熟運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具解讀數(shù)據(jù)，并通過(guò)可視化手段呈現(xiàn)分析結(jié)果，誰(shuí)便能坐穩(wěn)各種“AI+”行業(yè)發(fā)展的潮頭。

二是?批判性思維與問(wèn)題解決能力。AI將會(huì)投喂海量信息，而人的優(yōu)勢(shì)在于獨(dú)立分析和判斷，能對(duì)AI提供的信息和建議做出甄別，并且面對(duì)復(fù)雜問(wèn)題，結(jié)合AI技術(shù)提出創(chuàng)新性的解決方案。?

三是?創(chuàng)造力與創(chuàng)新思維。AI可以模仿、可以思考，但可能永遠(yuǎn)無(wú)法替代人類(lèi)進(jìn)行有溫度的創(chuàng)造。人必須成為利用AI創(chuàng)造新世界的“掌控者”，未來(lái)最具潛力的工作屬于那些需要運(yùn)用創(chuàng)造力來(lái)解決問(wèn)題的崗位。

四是?人際交往與聯(lián)結(jié)能力。在全球化背景下與來(lái)自不同文化背景的人有效溝通，在AI項(xiàng)目中與技術(shù)、業(yè)務(wù)等方面人員充分協(xié)作。

五是?自主學(xué)習(xí)與適應(yīng)性能力。具備終身學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí)，時(shí)刻關(guān)注AI領(lǐng)域最新動(dòng)態(tài)和技術(shù)趨勢(shì)，不斷更新自己的知識(shí)體系，掌握新的技術(shù)和工具。

六是道德和倫理觀念。對(duì)AI輸出保持價(jià)值校準(zhǔn)和倫理過(guò)濾能力，確保AI技術(shù)的使用符合社會(huì)道德和法律規(guī)范，并在AI應(yīng)用中對(duì)自己的決策和行為負(fù)責(zé)。

我們要把AI培養(yǎng)成事業(yè)線(xiàn)上的得力助手，以把自己的雙手解放出來(lái)，有更多時(shí)間和精力思考大問(wèn)題，進(jìn)行更高層面的創(chuàng)作、創(chuàng)造與創(chuàng)新。

我們要用技術(shù)幫助人、服務(wù)人，而不是用技術(shù)控制人、欺騙人，這應(yīng)是每一個(gè)從業(yè)者堅(jiān)守的信條。技術(shù)向善，歸根結(jié)底是掌握技術(shù)的人要向善。

盤(pán)古智庫(kù)是較早舉腿邁入人工智能時(shí)代的社會(huì)機(jī)構(gòu)，2016年就曾系統(tǒng)調(diào)研國(guó)際先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，發(fā)布《中國(guó)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)加速器發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思路及具體建議》報(bào)告，提出“人工智能引領(lǐng)的戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化核心”。

2025年，易鵬理事長(zhǎng)又提出“靈識(shí)社會(huì)”概念，指導(dǎo)發(fā)布《邁入靈識(shí)社會(huì)：超越知識(shí)與見(jiàn)識(shí)的認(rèn)知躍遷》報(bào)告，強(qiáng)調(diào)隨著AI技術(shù)的深度滲透，必須重新思考人類(lèi)應(yīng)當(dāng)發(fā)展怎樣的認(rèn)知能力，才能保持自我主體性與未來(lái)引領(lǐng)力這一根本性問(wèn)題。

這是一篇跨科學(xué)、技術(shù)、生物、經(jīng)濟(jì)、哲學(xué)、心理領(lǐng)域的大成之作，既體現(xiàn)了盤(pán)古智庫(kù)對(duì)科技革命與產(chǎn)業(yè)變革的全情擁抱，也反映了盤(pán)古智庫(kù)對(duì)自由王國(guó)的精神追求。

Become an Unbeatable “Hexagon Warrior” in the AI Era

—The Pangoal Institution’s 2026 New Year’s Message

As 2025 draws to a close, we are bidding farewell to the first quarter of the 21st century. Measured against a person’s lifespan, the first quarter is the blossoming of promise and vitality; while measured against the scale of a century, it is often marked by turbulence and transformation.

The year 2025 saw momentous changes. Prolonged regional conflicts, intensified international rivalries, a sluggish global economy, and the rise of populism—legacy and emerging issues present a complex knot that is only the tip of the iceberg. Beneath the surface lies the unchecked expansion of greed and the disguised anxieties of various countries and groups.

As the world teeters at the crossroads of disorder and fragmentation, China remains steadfast in pursuing its development roadmap, with the launch of the 15th Five-Year Plan (15th FYP) charting a clear pathway toward high-quality development. There have been inevitable pressures and disruptions, but through resolute responses and a far-sighted vision, China has navigated uncertainties and helped reshape the global balance of power.

That said, challenges remain. As national strength continues to grow, shared prosperity has yet to be realized. Individuals still face the risk of downward social mobility, and a return to poverty is not impossible. Significant efforts are also required to stabilize growth expectations, restore confidence, foster healthy domestic competition, and mitigate systemic risks. We must use facts and data to demonstrate that China’s economic resilience is solid, both internally and externally.

Every action we take, no matter how small, contributes to shaping our era; in turn, the era we live in shapes each of our destinies. In the face of constant change, every individual must establish their own coherent value system.

When opportunities arise, those who continue to observe, think, and learn are the ones best positioned to seize them. Currently, the most promising opportunities are brought by the integration of technology and industry.

As artificial intelligence (AI) sweeps across the globe, a new wave of technological and industrial transformation is reshaping the world at an unprecedented scale and speed. From productivity and production relations to the way people live and learn, from the operation of global supply chains to the ranking of national competitiveness, change is visible everywhere.

The key to future wealth creation is already embedded in the 15th FYP: “We will promote quantum technology, biomanufacturing, hydrogen and nuclear fusion power, brain-computer interfaces, embodied intelligence, 6G mobile communications, and other frontier technologies to become new drivers of economic growth.”

Change is unfolding at a remarkable speed. It is not inconceivable that the AI singularity may arrive within the coming year, accompanied by the formation of a complete AI-centered industrial ecosystem. Looking further ahead, we may even see the emergence of artificial general intelligence (AGI) within a decade, with application scenarios so expansive and so deep that they are beyond our imagination today.

As the expression goes, “Opportunities lost will never return, and the passage of time waits for no one.” We must act now to become the unbeatable “hexagon warrior” in the AI era. The word “hexagon” refers to the following six capabilities suggested by AI that could provide us with some insights:

First, digital competence and data capability. Data collection, cleaning, and wrangling form the foundation of AI model training. Those who can skillfully leverage data analytics tools to interpret datasets and present analysis results through visualization will be positioned to take leadership roles across various “AI+” industries.

Second, critical thinking and problem-solving ability. While AI excels at processing massive volumes of data, humans possess independent analysis and judgment, capable of critically evaluating AI-generated information and suggestions and harnessing AI power to devise innovative solutions to complex problems.

Third, creativity and an innovative mindset. AI can imitate and think, but it cannot replace humans in creating content with empathy. We must remain in control of the newly created world with the help of AI and seize the most promising roles that require creativity to address future challenges.

Fourth, communication and collaboration abilities. In a globalized world, we must communicate effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds and collaborate seamlessly with technical and business colleagues on AI-related projects.

Fifth, self-directed learning and adaptability. We must become lifelong learners who continuously track AI developments and technological trends, update our knowledge systems, and master new tools and technologies.

Six, ethics and moral values. We must be able to identify AI-generated content in line with our values and ethical standards to ensure AI’s compliance with moral values, social norms, laws, and regulations. In using AI, we must take responsibility for our decisions and actions.

AI should be our capable, professional assistant, liberating us from repetitive tasks and enabling us to focus on the big picture and higher-level creation, making, and innovation.

Technology should help and serve people, not control or deceive them. This is a fundamental principle that everyone in the industry must uphold. Technology for good ultimately depends on humans.

The Pangoal Institution has been among the first social organizations to embrace AI. As early as 2016, it conducted systematic research into international best practices and published the report titled “Strategic Thinking and Practical Suggestions on the Development of China’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Accelerators,” which advocates the establishment of “core incubators for AI-led strategic emerging industries.”

In 2022, Yi Peng, President of the Pangoal Institution, introduced the concept of the “New Era of Discovery,” highlighting how frontier technologies such as AI, the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and biotechnology are guiding human beings into uncharted territories and opening new horizons for business, society, and even civilization.

In 2025, President Yi further advanced the concept of “Spiritual Cognition Society” and guided the publication of the report titled “Entering the Spiritual Cognition Society: Cognition Leap Beyond Knowledge and Insight.” The report emphasizes that as AI technologies penetrate deeper into our society, we must revisit a fundamental question: What forms of cognition are required for us to retain subjectivity and leadership?

Spanning science, technology, biology, economics, philosophy, and psychology, the publication reflects the Pangoal Institution’s commitment to technological revolution and industrial transformation, as well as its pursuit of intellectual freedom.

Throughout 2025, with a focus on “AI+”-empowered industrial upgrading and social governance, the Pangoal Institution continued to provide intelligence support for high-quality, sustainable development across China’s industries and sectors.

The Pangoal Institution has published a series of reports to support the strategic planning of the 15th FYP, including the “Establishing China’s Great Economic Hinterland” series based on extensive and in-depth field research (including “Building the Main Platform for Domestic Circulation,” “Pressing Forward with the Hinterland Canals Construction,” “Establishing National Laboratories and Key Innovation Platforms”); “Ushing in the Era of Seven Powerful Automakers: Global Auto Industry Progress and Domestic Industry Development Forecast,” “Who is the “City of Patient Capital” among China’s 27 Trillion-Yuan Cities,” “The Growth Secrets of 31 Provinces, Districts and Cities and Top 50 GDP Cities,” “China’s Computing Power and Energy Consumption Research Report and Development Predictions Towards 2030,” and “From ‘Employment’ to ‘Enjoyable Employment’: Transformation of Employment Cognition in the Era of AI.”

The Pangoal AIGC content creator contest (2025 GIS & AURA AIGC Creation Contest) is now welcoming global participants, marking a key initiative in promoting Shenzhen-Hong Kong collaboration in technological innovation.

Beyond these feats, the Pangoal Institution has continued to expand its efforts in other areas. The Pangoal Institute for Ageing Society, guided by the mission of “focusing on the silver economy and empowering start-ups,” has developed a comprehensive academic ecosystem that integrates theory, practice, and resources matching through a series of conferences, themed research, and ecological collaborations. Its latest outcomes include the publication of “China’s Silvery Economy Market and 66 Investment Channels (2025).”

In 2025, the Pangoal Institution was recognized as one of the first batch of Vice-Chairman Units of the China SME Go Abroad Service Alliance (CSGASA), a platform established under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It was selected as an AMI Think Tank in the China Think Tank Comprehensive Evaluation Project 2025, and its initiative to establish the Aging Society 30 Forum to unleash new development momentum for the silver economy was cited as an exemplary case in the 2025 review of the decade’s development of new-type think tanks with Chinese characteristics.

Looking ahead to 2026, the Pangoal Institution will advance at full steam in AI+ industries and social empowerment, leveraging its forward-looking perspectives to identify future industries and diverse technological pathways, application scenarios, and feasible business models. By conducting professional, human-centered analysis and judgment, we will provide more actionable, valuable insights to address the needs, challenges, concerns, and expectations of governments, communities, enterprises, and society. As stated at the conclusion of the report on “Entering the Spiritual Cognition Society,” a spiritual cognition society poses a new question for all: “It is not an end, but the beginning of an elevated journey.”

Countless vessels are venturing into uncharted waters amid this technological revolution. Before long, frontrunners will emerge and shape the new landscape.
