Ed Stafford spent 860 days walking across the Amazon rainforest, becoming the first person to complete the journey. He is a British explorer and survival expert, known to many in China through programmes such as Marooned with Ed Stafford and First Man Out.

埃德·斯塔福德曾用860天徒步穿越亞馬遜雨林，成為全球第一位完成這一挑戰(zhàn)的人。他是英國探險家與生存專家，也因《單挑荒野》《決勝荒野》等節(jié)目被很多中國觀眾熟知。

In these programmes, the focus is not on conquering nature, but on how people survive in extreme environments using judgment, experience, and basic skills. These real-world experiences have gradually been developed into a structured learning approach for young people. The Ed Stafford Adventurers Program is built on this foundation.

The Ed Stafford Adventurers Program is authorised and guided by Ed Stafford, focusing on outdoor survival education for young people.

Set in natural environments, the programme uses continuous hands-on activities to help students build fundamental survival skills, while developing independence, teamwork, and the ability to respond to uncertainty. It follows a structured 5S framework (SIP, SPARK, SUSTENANCE, SHELTER, SUCCOR), providing a clear learning path and encouraging a deeper understanding of the relationship between humans and nature.

Real survival learning in nature

The programme takes place in real natural environments, where students learn through essential survival tasks such as finding water, making fire, and building shelters. With no fixed instructions or predefined answers, they are encouraged to observe, judge, and act independently, gradually developing the ability to respond to real-world natural conditions.

Each student is allowed to miss up to 2 sessions. Fees for 1–2 missed sessions will be refunded, while fees for any additional missed sessions will not be refunded.
