Sant Pol Beach Apartments, situated on the renowned Costa Brava in S'Agaró, Spain, is a masterwork by Jaime Prous Architects that harmonizes architecture with the coastal landscape. As one of the last developed plots on Sant Pol beach, the project faces Sa Caleta cove, where rocky formations carved by the tramontana wind and lush pine trees set a stunning natural backdrop. Adrià Goula's photography captures how the design honors the site's century-old resort heritage while adhering to modern construction regulations, creating a living space that feels both timeless and deeply rooted in its environment.

桑特波爾海灘公寓坐落于西班牙薩加羅的知名布拉瓦海岸，是海梅?普勞斯建筑事務所打造的建筑與海岸景觀完美相融的佳作。作為桑特波爾海灘上為數(shù)不多的待開發(fā)地塊之一，該項目面朝薩卡萊塔海灣，特蒙塔納風侵蝕而成的巖石群與蔥郁松林構成了絕美的自然背景。阿德里亞?古拉的攝影作品捕捉到設計既尊重場地百年的度假勝地底蘊，又恪守現(xiàn)代建筑規(guī)范，讓這片居住空間兼具永恒質感與濃厚的地域歸屬感。

Against the backdrop of regulations aiming to rectify the unregulated 1960s development, the project strictly abides by limits on building scale—capped at 12 units, with restricted facade length and required structural separation. Jaime Prous Architects turned these constraints into a creative opportunity, dividing the 3000-square-meter buildable area into 3 compact volumes, each with 4 floors and one apartment per floor. The key innovation lies in the void spaces between buildings: three undeveloped strips placed at 120° angles, intersecting to form an equilateral triangle that maximizes natural light and unobstructed views of the sea and surrounding landscape.

面對旨在糾正 20 世紀 60 年代無序開發(fā)的建筑規(guī)范，該項目嚴格遵守建筑規(guī)模限制 —— 最多僅設 12 套公寓，同時受限立面長度并要求建筑間保持間距。海梅?普勞斯建筑事務所將這些限制轉化為創(chuàng)作契機，將 3000 平方米的可建區(qū)域劃分為 3 棟緊湊的建筑體塊，每棟 4 層，每層僅設一套公寓。設計的點睛之筆在于建筑間的留白空間：三條未開發(fā)的條形區(qū)域以 120 度角分布，交錯形成等邊三角形，既讓自然光充分涌入，又確保了海景與周邊景致的無遮擋視野。

The architectural form carries a vivid metaphor of coastal geography—the three buildings feature irregular five-sided polygonal footprints, a striking contrast to the geometric precision of the triangular voids. These compact volumes resemble weathered rock formations shaped by the sea over centuries, blending seamlessly with the natural terrain. Exposed concrete takes center stage as the primary material, presented in three distinct finishes: board-formed, bush-hammered, and smooth. This deliberate choice allows the buildings to age gracefully, gradually merging with the surrounding landscape as time passes while showcasing the raw beauty of natural materials.

建筑形態(tài)蘊含著生動的海岸地理隱喻 —— 三棟建筑采用不規(guī)則的五邊形平面，與三角形留白區(qū)域的精準幾何形態(tài)形成鮮明對比。這些緊湊的體塊宛如歷經(jīng)數(shù)百年海浪侵蝕的巖石群，與自然地貌完美相融。裸露混凝土作為核心材質貫穿始終，呈現(xiàn)出模板紋理、鑿毛和光滑三種不同表面效果。這一精心選擇讓建筑能夠隨著時間沉淀自然老化，逐漸與周邊環(huán)境融為一體，同時盡顯天然材質的原始美感。

Windows and openings extend the "excavated rock" metaphor, with strategic cutouts that transform the buildings into organic, nature-inspired structures. At the vertex of each monolithic volume, a large opening creates a unique porch-terrace, serving as both an outdoor living space and a directional guide that draws the eye toward the sea. Inside, the layout echoes the charm of a natural cave: regularly proportioned rooms line the perimeter, while a fluid interstitial space occupies the center, acting as the public heart of the apartment. This organic design evokes the serene intimacy of Cappadocia's cave dwellings, reimagined for modern coastal living.

建筑的門窗設計延續(xù)了 “開鑿巖石” 的隱喻，通過精心布局的開口將建筑塑造成充滿自然氣息的有機形態(tài)。在每棟建筑體塊的頂端，一處開闊開口打造出獨特的門廊露臺，既是愜意的戶外起居空間，又起到了引導視線朝向大海的作用。室內(nèi)布局則復刻了天然洞穴的韻味：比例規(guī)整的房間沿外墻排布，中央形成流暢通透的過渡空間，成為公寓的公共核心區(qū)域。這種有機設計既讓人聯(lián)想到卡帕多西亞洞穴居所的靜謐私密，又為現(xiàn)代海岸生活賦予了全新詮釋。

The project's structural ingenuity shines through its load-bearing wall and post-tensioned slab system, enabling impressive 13-meter spans and expansive openings that blur the boundary between interior and exterior. These large glass surfaces flood the apartments with natural light, making the sea, pine trees, and rocky coves part of the daily living experience. The interstitial central space becomes a flexible hub, adapting to various lifestyles—whether used as a lounge, dining area, or art display. This seamless integration of structure and function elevates the emotional value of the space, creating a home that feels both spacious and intimately connected to nature.

項目的結構巧思體現(xiàn)在承重墻與后張預應力樓板系統(tǒng)上，實現(xiàn)了長達 13 米的跨度與大面積的開闊開口，模糊了室內(nèi)外的界限。巨大的玻璃面讓自然光傾瀉而入，使大海、松林與巖石海灣成為日常生活的一部分。中央過渡空間則具備高度靈活性，可根據(jù)生活需求變身客廳、餐廳或藝術展示區(qū)。結構與功能的完美融合提升了空間的情感價值，讓居住者既能享受開闊通透的居住體驗，又能時刻與自然親密相擁。

Landscaping is an integral part of the design, restoring the altered terrain with native Mediterranean vegetation—maquis, garrigue, stone pines, and holm oaks that blend with the existing pine trees. Internal circulation is thoughtfully arranged with ramps and stairs, minimizing the need for retaining walls and shaping the landscape to gently accommodate level changes. Notably, exposed concrete is the sole material used in both buildings and landscape elements, ensuring visual cohesion and reinforcing the project's commitment to harmonizing with nature. This holistic approach turns the entire site into a cohesive sanctuary where architecture, landscape, and ecology coexist in perfect balance.

景觀設計是整個項目的有機組成部分，通過種植地中海原生植被 —— 馬基群落、加里哥宇群落、石松和圣櫟，搭配場地原有的松林，修復了遭破壞的地貌。內(nèi)部交通系統(tǒng)巧妙設置了坡道與樓梯，最大限度減少了擋土墻的使用，并通過地形塑造自然消解地勢高差。值得一提的是，裸露混凝土是建筑與景觀元素的唯一材質，既保證了視覺統(tǒng)一性，又彰顯了項目與自然相融的設計初衷。這種整體設計讓整個場地成為一個完整的生態(tài)秘境，實現(xiàn)了建筑、景觀與生態(tài)的完美共生。
