10月30日，IXDC2025國(guó)際體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)在北京隆重開(kāi)幕。大會(huì)發(fā)布《致力于人類(lèi)福祉的人工智能體驗(yàn)全球倡議》，以設(shè)計(jì)智慧與人文精神指引人工智能發(fā)展航向，開(kāi)啟技術(shù)服務(wù)于人、創(chuàng)新歸屬于善的智能文明新紀(jì)元。

《倡議》凝聚了《全球人工智能治理宣言》與《布萊切利宣言》的核心理念，提出十大行動(dòng)綱領(lǐng)，致力于構(gòu)建體驗(yàn)優(yōu)先、倫理先行、安全可信、文化包容的人工智能未來(lái)?！拔覀冋驹诩夹g(shù)與人性的交匯點(diǎn)，”大會(huì)主席胡曉表示，“這份倡議標(biāo)志著從‘技術(shù)能做什么’到‘技術(shù)應(yīng)為什么服務(wù)’的根本轉(zhuǎn)變?！?/p>

以下為《倡議》全文。

在人工智能深刻重塑人類(lèi)體驗(yàn)的歷史時(shí)刻，我們認(rèn)識(shí)到技術(shù)理性與人文精神的平衡將決定未來(lái)文明的品質(zhì)。設(shè)計(jì)不僅是形式的創(chuàng)造，更是體驗(yàn)的塑造；不僅是功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)，更是價(jià)值的建構(gòu)。基于對(duì)人工智能時(shí)代設(shè)計(jì)倫理與體驗(yàn)創(chuàng)新的深刻思考，秉承《全球人工智能治理宣言》與《布萊切利宣言》的核心理念，在2025國(guó)際體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)上，我們向全球創(chuàng)新共同體發(fā)出以下倡議：

一、構(gòu)建體驗(yàn)優(yōu)先的人工智能
我們倡議創(chuàng)建以包括并不限于用戶(hù)的體驗(yàn)為核心的人工智能系統(tǒng)、產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)。通過(guò)精心設(shè)計(jì)的信息架構(gòu)與人性化交互，將復(fù)雜技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化為直觀、愉悅、有價(jià)值意義的日常體驗(yàn)。

二、踐行全周期設(shè)計(jì)倫理
我們倡議將倫理考量系統(tǒng)融入設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)、服務(wù)全周期。建立可追溯、可解釋、可生長(zhǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)決策機(jī)制，確保科技發(fā)展在透明、可信的軌道上運(yùn)行。

三、守護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)尊嚴(yán)與隱私安全
我們倡議采用“設(shè)計(jì)即保護(hù)”的隱私安全理念。通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)最小化、差分隱私等前沿技術(shù)，在安全與便捷下保障系統(tǒng)智能，守護(hù)用戶(hù)數(shù)據(jù)尊嚴(yán)。

四、創(chuàng)建文化包容的智能體驗(yàn)
我們倡議開(kāi)發(fā)具有文化敏感性的智能系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)深入的跨文化研究，建立覆蓋多語(yǔ)言、多習(xí)俗的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范，讓人工智能成為促進(jìn)文明對(duì)話的橋梁。

五、建設(shè)開(kāi)放協(xié)作的創(chuàng)新生態(tài)
我們倡議建立全球體驗(yàn)創(chuàng)新社區(qū)、智庫(kù)，通過(guò)平臺(tái)共享行業(yè)知識(shí)、設(shè)計(jì)成果、創(chuàng)新資源、研究方法、專(zhuān)家智庫(kù)，建立可持續(xù)的創(chuàng)新協(xié)作網(wǎng)絡(luò)。

六、推動(dòng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與評(píng)估體系建設(shè)
我們倡議制定人工智能的國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與行業(yè)指南。建立涵蓋可用性、滿(mǎn)意度到情感共鳴的多維體驗(yàn)評(píng)估指標(biāo)與體系。

七、培育體驗(yàn)創(chuàng)新專(zhuān)業(yè)人才
我們倡議設(shè)計(jì)教育創(chuàng)新，培育精通人工智能技術(shù)與設(shè)計(jì)思維的復(fù)合型人才。通過(guò)建設(shè)全球人才認(rèn)證與評(píng)價(jià)體系，重點(diǎn)發(fā)展體驗(yàn)工程師等職業(yè)。

八、激勵(lì)卓越創(chuàng)新典范
我們倡議設(shè)立國(guó)際體驗(yàn)獎(jiǎng)與創(chuàng)新榜單，表彰在體驗(yàn)創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域樹(shù)立新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的項(xiàng)目、組織與個(gè)人，引領(lǐng)行業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

九、建立專(zhuān)項(xiàng)基金提速創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新
我們倡議建立創(chuàng)新基金與創(chuàng)新孵化平臺(tái)，整合國(guó)際會(huì)議與平臺(tái)資源、創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目、創(chuàng)業(yè)人才，對(duì)接投融資專(zhuān)業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)，促進(jìn)體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮。

十、設(shè)立全球性紀(jì)念日
我們倡議將每年11月1日設(shè)為“國(guó)際體驗(yàn)日”，通過(guò)全球性的研討交流與實(shí)踐分享，推動(dòng)“設(shè)計(jì)為民”理念的深入實(shí)踐，共建以人為本的智慧文明。

讓我們以設(shè)計(jì)智慧引導(dǎo)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，以體驗(yàn)溫度平衡算法效率，共同開(kāi)創(chuàng)技術(shù)服務(wù)于人、創(chuàng)新歸屬于善的智能新紀(jì)元。

《倡議》的發(fā)布獲得了與會(huì)各設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)、科技企業(yè)、學(xué)術(shù)組織及國(guó)際代表的積極響應(yīng)。多方表態(tài)將共同推進(jìn)倡議落地，讓人工智能真正成為提升人類(lèi)福祉、促進(jìn)文明對(duì)話、推動(dòng)社會(huì)進(jìn)步的建設(shè)性力量。

Global Initiative on AI Experience for Human Well-being

At this historic moment when artificial intelligence is profoundly reshaping human experience, we recognize that the balance between technological rationality and humanistic spirit will determine the quality of future civilization. Design is not merely the creation of form but the shaping of experience; not just the realization of function but the construction of value. Based on deep reflection on design ethics and experience innovation in the age of AI, and guided by the core principles of the Global Declaration on AI Governance and the Bletchley Declaration, we issue the following initiative to the global innovation community at the 2025 International Experience Design Conference:

1. Build Experience-First Artificial Intelligence

We propose to create AI systems, products, and services centered on experiences that includeb but are not limited to user’ experience. Through thoughtfully designed information architecture and humanized interactions, complex technologies can be transformed into intuitive、 pleasant and meaningful daily experiences.

2. Practice Full-Cycle Design Ethics

We propose to systematically integrate ethical considerations into the entire lifecycle of design, development, and service. Establish traceable explainable and evolvable design decision-making mechanisms to ensure technological progress advances on a transparent and trustworthy path.

3. Safeguard Data Dignity and Privacy Security

We propose to adopt a "Privacy by Design" approach. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as data minimization and differential privacy, we can ensure system intelligence while balancing security and convenience, thereby protecting user data dignity.

4. Create Culturally Inclusive Intelligent Experiences

We propose to develop culturally sensitive intelligent systems. Through in-depth cross-cultural research, we aim to establish design standards that accommodate multiple languages and customs, making AI a bridge for civilizational dialogue.

5. Build an Open and Collaborative Innovation Ecosystem

We propose to establish global experience innovation communities and think tanks. By sharing industry knowledge, design outcomes, innovation resources, reserch methods, and expert insights through platforms, we aim to create a sustainable collaborative innovation network.

6. Promote Standardization and Evaluation System Development

We propose to formulate international standards, national guidelines, and industry frameworks for AI. Establish a multidimensional experience evaluation system covering usability, satisfaction, and emotional resonance.

7. Cultivate Professional Talent in Experience Innovation

We propose to innovate design education to nurture interdisciplinary talent proficient in AI technology and design thinking. By building a global talent certification and evaluation system, we will focus on developing professions such as experience engineers.

8. Incentivize Exemplary Innovations

We propose to launch an International Experience Award and innovation rankings to recognize projects, organizations, and individuals that set new standards in the field of experience innovation, thereby guiding the industry toward high-quality development.

9. Establish Special Funds to Accelerate Entrepreneurship and Innovation

We propose to create innovation funds and incubation platforms, integrating international conferences, platform resources, innovation projects, and entrepreneurial talent. By connecting with professional investment and financing institutions, we aim to foster the prosperity of the experience economy.

10. Establish a Global Commemorative Day

We propose to designate November 1 as "International Experience Day." Through global discussions, exchanges, and practical sharing, we will promote the deeper implementation of the "Design for the People" philosophy and jointly build a human-centered intelligent civilization.

Let us guide technological innovation with design wisdom, balance algorithmic efficiency with experiential warmth, and together pioneer a new intelligent era where technology serves humanity and innovation belongs to goodness.

The release of the Initiative has received positive responses from participating design institutions, technology enterprises, academic organizations, and international representatives. Many parties have stated that they will jointly promote the implementation of the Initiative, making AI a constructive force that truly enhances human well-being, promotes dialogue among civilizations, and drives social progress.
